Methods:The changes of serum CYFRA21-1 level were detected by RIA method in 34 patients with breast benign diseasesˇ47 patients with protopathic breast cancer before and after their operations and 56 patients with breast cancer only after operations.

方法ˇ采用放免法测定 34例乳ˇ良性疾病患者术前、47例乳ˇ癌患者术前和术后 4周及 56例乳ˇ癌术后随访患者的血清 CYFRA21-1 水平ˇ进行对照分析。

Methods We test the cataract eyes pre-operatively apply with the scotopic blue and white flash(the intensity of which is 2.5logunit lower than that of the standard's)electroretinogram respectively,and analysis the relationship between the corrected visual acuity peripheral retinal(about 10 degree outside the macular fovea) condition 3 months post-operatively and the b wave amplitude of two kinds of F-ERG.

结果和对照组比较，观察组术前CD4+T细胞、CD4+T/CD8+T值及NK细胞活性明显降低，而CD8+T细胞升高，和TNM分期有关；术后2周较术前CD4+T细胞、CD4+T/CD8+T值及NK细胞活性明显升高，而CD8+T细胞降低；术后4 a随访发现，上述指标变化趋向同术后2周，无复发转移者升高或降低幅度更显著。

Results The serum concentrations of ADH in transient and triphasic diabetes insipidus decreased after operation, and arrived the low point (41.7% and 63.6% of the preoperative serum concentration of ADH) after 2 d.

结果：短暂性和三相性尿崩症术后血清ADH立即下降，于术后第2天达最低值，分别为术前血清ADH浓度的41.7%和63.6%，与术前比较差异有显著性（P.05）。

MUCP、MDP and BC were improved in group Ⅰ after cord untethering, 32 cm H2O±14 cm H2O、 21 cm H2O±12 cm H2O、9.5 ml/cm H2O±1.3 ml/cm H2O postoperatively and 63 cm H2O±245 cm H2O、37 cm H2O±156 cm H2O、5.1 ml/cm H2O±0.8 ml/cm H2O preoperatively respectively,while in group Ⅱremained unchangable.

组术后MUCP为32 ml/cm H2O±14 cm H2O，MDP为21 ml/cm H2O±12 cm H2O，BC为9.5 ml/cm H2O±1.3 ml/cm H2O，较术前63 ml/cm H2O±25 cm H2O、37 ml/cm H2O±16 cm H2O和5.1 ml/cm H2O±0.8 ml/cm H2O明显改善；Ⅱ组术后MUCP、MDP和BC较术前无明显变化。

Cases with renal transplantation were performed with dynamic state CDFIin Ultrasound Dept. of Nan fang Hospital from April, 2005 to October, 2006. Theexamine time is respectively after operation in three days, seven days, one month andthree months. Before operation examine the condition of uropoiesis function such as apair of kidney, ureter, bladder and cardiac function. After operation reexamine thecondition of cardiac function once again, and examine TK detailed and completely:First, using two-dimensional imaging to observe the shape and the volume of the TK.Secondly, using Color Doppler to observe the renal artery and each artery inside theTK. Finally, using pulsed Doppler to measure the peak systolic velocity, enddiastolic velocity and resistance index.

对南方医科大学南方医院超声诊断科自2005年4月～2006年10月对152例同种异体肾移植患者进行动态CDFI监测，超声检查时间分别为术前与术后3d、术后7d、1个月及术后3个月，术前超声检查双肾、输尿管、膀胱等泌尿系功能情况及心脏功能情况，肾移植术后再次对心脏功能情况进行跟踪复查，并对移植肾进行详尽检查：先用二维超声观察移植肾的形态、大小，随后应用CDFI观察移植肾动脉及肾内各级动脉的血流充盈情况，最后用脉冲式多普勒测量收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、阻力指数。
