末期

Methods:Paticipants consisted of 32 simple VSD patients and 27 simple PDA patients excluded of any other diseases by physical examintation and electrocardiogram and x-ray. Patients were suggested echocardiography before and one week after the surgerys. Parameters such as Left ventricular ejection fraction、Fractional shortening、Left ventricular end-diastolic dimension、Left ventricular end-systolic dimension、Heart rate and Aortal velocity peak were measured.further more ,the Tei index which is originated from Pulse-wave Doppler and Tissue-Doppler Imaging were also calculated under ECG monitoring.

研究对象与方法：研究对象分别为排除其它心脏疾患的单纯动脉导管未闭患儿及单纯室间隔缺损患儿，手术治疗前后于心电监护下先行常规超声检查，获取心率、R-R间期、左室射血分数、主动脉峰值流速、左室收缩末期内径及左室舒张末期内径等值，并分别利用频谱多谱勒及组织多谱勒法测取患儿左室Tei指数(即PW-Tei及TDI-Tei)，多次测量并取其均值。

On the basis of autogeny illite K-Ar isotope dating of 5 oil-sand specimens in S oil layer and matching with expulsion hudrocarbon of hydrocarbon source rock, it can be concluded that oil-gas injection of S oil layer has 2 stages, one of which is the end of K1n sedimentation, the other is form the end of K2m sedimentation to the early of Eogene period.

通过对萨尔图油层5 块油砂样品进行伊利石K-Ar 同位素年龄测定，并与烃源岩排烃期进行了匹配，得出萨尔图油层油气注入主要有两个时期，第一次是嫩江组沉积末期，第二次是明水组沉积末期-老第三纪初期。

Methods Transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging was employed to measure systolic maximal velocity,end-diastolic velocity,S/D ratio and resistant index of uterine and helicine artery in the follicle growth phase,follicle maturation phase,mid-luteal phase and advanced phase of luteal development.

方法应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声分别于月经周期的卵泡发育期、卵泡成熟期、黄体中期、黄体晚期观察测量子宫动脉及螺旋动脉收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、收缩期/舒张末期流速比值及阻力指数。

Cardiac index and intrapericardial, left ventricular end-diastolic, right atrial, and right ventricular end-diastolic pressures were measured during basal state, after fluid overload, and after pericardiocentesis. Twenty-eight patients (57%) had physical signs of tamponade, and 10 (20%) were hypotensive.

分别于基础状态、容量负荷后和心包穿刺后测量心指数、心包内压、左室舒张末期压、右房压和右室舒张末期压。28例患者（57％）有心包填塞的体征，10例（20％）有低血压。

The results showed that the rates of mature oocyte were 75.2％, 73.1％, 69.8％, 63.5％and oocyte at telophase of MI were 16.3％, 15.9％, 16.9％, 27.0％, respectively. The rates of maturation of oocytes cultured in TCM199 with serum, EGF and TGFαwere significantly higher than that of with BSA team (P＜0.05) and the number of oocyte stayed at telophase of MI in TCM199 with serum, EGF and TGFαteam were significantly less than that with BSA team(P＜0.05); Significant higher rates (66.6％, 66.6％, 73.6％) of normalα-tubulin distribution in oocytes cultured in TCM199+ serum, EGF and TGFαwere compared to that of TCM199+BSA(43.3％)(P＜0.05). The rates of oocyte with cortical granules in cortex were 58.8％, 33.9％, 54.7％and 47.9％respectively, there was significant difference between oocytes cultured with serum, EGF and BSA(P＜0.05). In conclusion, TGFαand EGF can promote the oocyte nuclear transition from telophaseⅠto metaphase of meiosisⅡ, and improved the expression and distribution ofα-tubulin during the ovine oocytes maturation; EGF and serum could promote oocyte cytoplasm maturation. The results suggested that EGF and TGFαmight substitute some substance in serum to improve the quality of oocyte nucleus maturation in vitro, but EGF might be more functional than TGFαto promote the maturation of ovine oocyte ooplasm.

三、EGF和TGFα对卵母细胞成熟的影响未成熟卵母细胞分别在TCM199基础培养液+血清、TCM199基础培养液+BSA+EGF、TCM199基础培养液+BSA+TGFα和TCM199基础培养液+BSA四组成熟培养系统中成熟培养，22小时后上述各组卵母细胞的核成熟率分别为75.2％、73.1％、69.8％、63.5％，处于第一次减数分裂末期的比率分别为16.3％、15.9％、16.9％、27.0％，在添加血清、EGF、TGFα各组中核成熟率显著高于其它各组(P＜0.05)，处于末期的比例明显低于其它各组(P＜0.05)：添加血清、EGF、TGFα各组在a-Tubulin蛋白的分布与表达上(66.6％、66.6％、73.6％)明显高于BSA组的正常率43.3％(P＜0.05)；各组CG发生迁移较好的卵母细胞的比率分别为58.8％、33.9％、54.7％、47.9％，血清组和添加EGF组CG迁移至皮质区的比例明显高于仅添加BSA处理组(P＜0.05)。

Based on the relationshiphydrocarbon distribution between formation condition of S_(2+3) oil layer in the west slope region, the resultshows that hydrocarbon formation and distribution were mainly controlled by trap development,relationship trap between the room place of oil-gas migration pathway, convergence area of centrifugalflow and endocentric flow, etc. Oil-gas accumulation period is the end of Nenjiang formation sedimentation,Mingshui formation sedimentation and the early of Palaeocene.

根据西斜坡区萨二、三油层油气分布与油气成藏条件关系综合分析得到，西斜坡区萨二、三油层油气成藏与分布主要受圈闭发育、圈闭与油气运移路径空间位置关系、向心流与离心流交汇区等因素的控制，油气成藏时期除嫩江组沉积末期，还有明水组沉积末期—古近纪初期。

The result shows that the purification efficiencies of ammonia-nitrogen and ortho-phosphate by immobilized algae in a stationary phase are higher than that in an exponential phase; the starvation treatment increases the removing rates of ammonia-nitrogen and ortho-phosphate, cells of Scenedesmus starved for 48 hours can obtain higher NF4(superscript +)-N and PO(superscript 3- subscript 4)-P removal efficiencies than starved for 48, 72, 24 and 0 hours respectively.

结果表明：静止初期藻细胞对NH4-N和PO(上标 3-下标 4)-P去除率比指数末期高，处理5d后，静止初期细胞对NH4-N和PO(上标 3-下标 4)-P的去除率分别为76.7%及91.7%，指数末期细胞氮、磷的去除率分别为75.4%和88.7%；饥饿处理可明显提高藻细胞对NH4-N和PO(上标 3-下标 4)-P的去除效率，藻细胞饥饿时间对NH4-N和PO(上标 3-下标 4)-P去除率的影响大小依次为48h，72h，24h，0h。

Result At 5 and 25 mgkg^(-1), the total respiratory rate had a similar trend with tricarboxylic acid cycle and pentose phosphate pathway, T1, and T2 were higher than the control on the 1st day and then declined three days late but they had a recover on the last day. Embden-Meyer-hot-Parnas pathway had a declined trend forever. The respiratory rate of the total and three pathways were decreased under 125 mgkg^(-1). The enzyme activity of pyrophosphate-dependent phosphofructokinase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PDH) and malate dehydrogenase were similar to relative respiratory pathway.

测定期内，5mgkg^(-1)土、25mgkg^(-1)土浓度处理使基础呼吸速率和三羧酸循环、磷酸戊糖途径的呼吸速率均表现初期上升随后（第3天）下降但末期有所恢复的趋势，而糖酵解途径的呼吸速率则持续下降在末期小幅回升；125mgkg^(-1)土浓度处理后基础呼吸速率及3条途径呼吸速率均呈下降趋势；磷酸果糖激酶、苹果酸脱氢酶和葡萄糖－6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)活性变化趋势分别与其对应途径呼吸速率变化相似。
