未解除保险

Article 28 The insurer is entitled to terminate the insurance contract and not to refund the premiums if the insured or the beneficiary lies that an insured event has occurred, and submits a claim for indemnity or payment of insurance benefits, although such insured event has not occurred.

第二十八条被保险人或者受益人在未发生保险事故的情况下，谎称发生了保险事故，向保险人提出赔偿或者给付保险金的请求的，保险人有权解除保险合同，并不退还保险费。

Article 27 The insurer may terminate the insurance contract and refuse to return the premiums paid if the insured or the beneficiary falsely claims that an insured event has occurred, and submits a claim for indemnity or payment of the insurance benefits, although such insured event has not occurred.

To return pro rata monthly net for each uncommenced month if this insurance be cancelled either by agreement or by the operation of Clause 2 provided that a total loss of the Vessel, whether by insured perils or otherwise, has not occurred during the period of this insurance or any extension thereof.

每一未开始的月份的净保险费按月比例退还。如果本保险经协议或由于第2条的作用而解除，假如在本保险的保险期间内或其延续期间内未发生保险船舶的全损，不论是否由于承保危险所致。
