This suggested there might have cis-acting element in 3'-UTR. To determine the effectiveness of combining laser therapy with an immunosuppressive approach, the investigators recruited 14 subjects, aged 12 to 63 years, with Fitzpatrick skin types II to IV and having had vitiligo for a minimum of three months.
