On the basis of this system andpreviously morphological, physiological and biochemical studies on cucumber in vitrogynogenesis. Materials from both typical gynogenesis using M99 as induction medium andnon gynogenesis using W5 as induction medium were collected. The activities anddistribution of peroxidase and its isoenzymes, content of soluble protein and distribution of allprotein during early stage of cucumber in vitro gynogenesis and non gynogenesis wereinvestigated by biochemistry and histochemistry technology.

Seven experimental Monel K-500 alloy were prepared with various addition schemes. The microstructures of seven experimental alloys in hot roll condition were examined, which showed no obviously difference. However, after solution treatment, the grains of the Mg added 2〓 alloy grew apparently, which are much bigger than the grain size of standard Monel K-500 alloy with no additive. It implies that the minor Mg element had purified the grain boundary.

Conclusions— The most powerful histological predictor of stent thrombosis was endothelial coverage. The best morphometric predictor of LST was the ratio of uncovered to total stent struts. Heterogeneity of healing is a common finding in drug-eluting stents with evidence of LST and demonstrates the importance of incomplete healing of the stented segment in the pathophysiology of LST.

Six conclusions have been drawn from the study:(1) WWF Yangtze Programme in Xipanshanzhou Polders has resulted in four outcomes, including more income, increased wellbeings, reduced vulnerability, more sustainable use of the natural resource base.
