未来

Alvin Toffler (1928~) was one of the typical figures of futurology in twentieth century. He combined properly futurology with postmodern knowledge discourse and made it become a unique theory —futurological knowledge discourse.

The author defined futurology as an integrated science studying future trends, potential visions, challenges and solutions of major domains; and introduced basic theories and methodologies of the discipline.

少子高龄化的社会来临，己经是世界各先进国家的发展趋势，台湾老人问题也已成为社会问题的一项重要指标，本研究存望未来老人年金制度更加完整、老人安养机构及活动中心之设施完善、企业规划设置长寿村、医疗照护普及化、各区境内自然资源充分运用、家庭传统价值能够再现、重新思考跳脱家庭传统组织概念，设置传统家庭组织以外之家庭、老人早日规划因应未来生活、政府推动的老人福利项目，不知道或一知半解的人还是不少人，宜再加强宣导；根据研究针对以上有关老人的期待与需求之意见，提出建议做为政府未来施政规划「老人福利政策」的参考。

此外，本文也发现报导损失之公司，其当期及未来盈余反应系数较报导利润之公司低，以及公司报导营业活动之现金流量为负时其当期营业活动之现金流量反应系数低於报导营业活动之现金流量为正之公司，显示公司报导损失或营业活动之现金流量为负时，因为通常都是暂时性的故其股票报酬的资讯性较低，不过其未来营业活动之现金流量反应系数高於报导营业活动之现金流量为正之公司，本研究推论因为现金流量是有实质的效果，所以当现金流量为负值时投资人应该会比较关注，所以其反应系数较高，而进一步发现当区分投资人之精明程度时，投资人精明程度比重较高，因其会辨识盈余资讯而认为公司进行损益平稳化会增加其资讯内涵，故当期及未来盈余反应系数相较於投资人精明程度较低者高。
