The main research contents and results are given as follows:(1) Principles and characteristics of different types of polarization controllers are analyzed, the compare of the difference of these polarization controllers are discussed based on them, drawn a conclusion that the polarization controller which based on squeezing fiber and has variable delay quantity are suitable for high speed optical communication system.(2) The reset principle of the typical four channel polarization controller which is based on squeezing fiber is analyzed, and the design of its concrete reset scheme is given based on them. The reset process and the corresponding operation list are given in detail.(3) The systematical experiment is made when the typical four channel polarization controller is put into the PMD compensator. The experiment result showed that the channel which needs reset can efficiently return to the mean place, and the effect of reset was good, it didn't cause any badness infection on PMD compensation.(4) A new type optical signal time-domain depolarizer is given, and a new PMD compensate method is given based on it.

由此得出延迟量可变型光纤挤压型偏振控制器适用于高速光通信系统的结论；(2)具体分析了典型的四通道光纤挤压型偏振控制器的复位原理，并在此基础上对其进行了具体复位方案的设计，给出了各种情况下的详细复位流程和相应的复位操作列表；(3)将四通道光纤挤压型偏振控制器应用于偏振模色散补偿器中进行系统实验，实验结果表明，需要复位的通道能有效地回到中间值，复位效果良好，且复位未对PMD补偿产生不良影响；(4)设计了一种新型的光信号时域退偏器，并基于该退偏器提出了一种新型的偏振模色散补偿方法。

According to experimental results and etiopathogenisis and pathology of osteoporosis , and analyzing review investigation on hepcidin、associations of bone metabolism and iron metabolism and relations of ferri ion and calcium ion,we can make conclusions as follows: 1、We applied single manmade intervention approach to induce osteoporosis model in this study, there was no other influential factor. In the termination of test , rats bone density and bone histological anatomy indicated that osteoporosis model was creditable,meanwhile hepatic functional enzyme and hepatic microtome section demonstrated that hepatic function had noci-influence induced by medicinal herbs resource. Accordingly, we could believe that hepatic hepcidin gene expression and serum hepcidin contents can represent internal iron metabolism changes at selected test time. 2、In this investigation, different findings between test group and control group indicated that:according to changes of hepcidin gene expression measured by RT-PCR and changes of serum hepcidin contents determined by ELISA kit , there were correlations between hepcidin and rat osteoporosis model induced by retinoic acid. 3、Under the condition of this investigation,there was a interactive hypothesis as follows: Hepcidin iron metabolism←→ferriion←→calcium ion←→osteoporosis.

根据本次实验结果，对骨质疏松的病因病理的认识及铁代谢与铁调素、骨代谢与铁代谢关系、铁离子与钙离子的关系系列研究的回顾，经分析得出如下结论：1、本研究骨质疏松模型采用单一人工干预方法，没有其他影响因素；实验结束时大鼠骨密度、骨组织学检查表明骨质疏松形成，同时肝脏功能酶和HE切片显示肝脏功能未受药源性产生明显损伤性影响；因此，同期不同时间组大鼠肝脏铁调素基因表达、血清铁调素含量可以代表体内铁代谢不同时间的变化。2、在本研究中，模型组与对照组研究结果的差异表明：铁调素基因RT-PCR变化、血清铁调素ELISA测定含量变化与维甲酸制作的大鼠骨质疏松模型形成有实验相关性。3、在本研究平台下，形成了一个互相影响的假设图：铁调素←→铁代谢←→铁离子←→钙离子骨质疏松。

Two posters presented results from meta-analyses of epoetin alfa clinical trials. One was carried out by Pere Gascon, MD, PhD, and colleagues, from the University of Barcelona, in Spain, and involved 4296 patients with mixed tumor types, while the other, reported by Mario Dicato, MD, from the Luxembourg Medical Center, involved 2019 patients with breast cancer. Both concluded that 40,000-IU epoetin alfa is effective and well tolerated; it ameliorates the impact of chemotherapy on hemoglobin and improves quality of life, thus representing "good anemia management," the researchers concluded.

But we found the Production Control department hadn't played the role of coordinate by appropriately because they have some problems what hadn't solved till now yet in this case.
