NSCs look like circle or ellipse with or without short neurite, with large nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio and deep karyotin. NSCs have no visible differences with other kinds of cells in appearance, and have no cell surface marker. Currently, there are mainly three aspects to identify NSCs: expression of specific nerve antigen, including nestin, Musashi, transcription factor, and cell adhesion molecules; self-renewal ability including single cell clone analysis, BrdU mark and S phase cell; the potential of multi-direction differentiation including immunocytochemical process and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.

我科自2000年1月至2006年12月，共治疗新生儿泪囊炎178例、230眼，疗效满足，报告分析如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料新生儿泪囊炎患儿168例、230眼，男102例，女66例，年龄：2d~3个月，均为本院眼科门诊确诊的新生儿泪囊炎患儿。1.2治疗方法小于1个月的首次就治患儿采用按摩滴药法，治疗1~2周，每日滴药前按摩2~3min，大于1个月的患儿，如滴药治疗1~2周未见明显好转仍有流泪及分泌物者，应用药物加压冲洗泪道，采用自制不同型号尼龙管头皮静脉针头磨钝，制成直的冲洗针，常规操作，针头插入泪小管后，将尼龙管用胶布固定于头部，进行冲洗，1次/d，冲洗液用氧氟沙星加地塞米松稀释液，加压冲洗3~4次，仍然无效的，进行常规泪道探通术操作。1.3治疗标准无流泪、无分泌物、泪道冲洗畅通，反之则无效，结果168例，230眼，治愈166例，228眼，其中按摩治疗49例，冲洗86眼，探通31眼。。。

The formation of martensite is accomplished by the immigration of well-defined glissile interface (121)fcc type and its misfit dislocations can produce the lattice invariant deformation on the basis of phenomenal theory of martensitic crystallography, however, LID is retarded slightly after the migration of interphase (121)fcc, i.e.a thin plate-like zone exists without LID in martensite near the well-defined interface. When the temperature reduces to the Ms point, the lattice parameter of austenite matrix is √3/2 times that of the martensite without LID. This critical condition for spontaneous transformation agrees with that the stack fault energy in matrix is less than zero according to Olson and Cohen's nucleation model.

The α-helical structure of the globulin is an important factor to forming and stabilizing the protein emulsion. The particle size distribution of legumin and vicilin hydrolysates were measured by dynamic light scattering, the particle size of legumin hydrolysates was decreased at first then increased during the papain hydrolysis, but the vicilin hydrolysates decreased continuously, it demonstrated that the legumin hydrolysates might have a re-aggregation in the solution which the vicilin hydrolysates did not have.

And the repression of NO-induced cell death with Ppbi-1 overexpression in transgenic lines was apparent even at SNP concentrations up to 1mM.In addition work,we found that most of suspension cells treated with 0.5mM SNP can be stained by Sytox green,some PCD morphologic characteristics such as chromatin condensation and margination can be observed.DNA Ladder was also detected with these cells.As to the control and the cell treated with 0.5mMSNP+20μM Est,the above-mentioned characteristics can\'t be detected.

对0.5mM SNP和0.5mM SNP+20μM Est处理的飞廉转基因细胞培养三天后用特异性核染料sytox染色，0.5mMSNP单独处理的细胞大部分核被染色，而且细胞核出现了核凝聚、以及染色质边集等凋亡细胞的特征；提取细胞DNA电泳分析，观察到了DNA LADDER，这说明，该细胞可能已经发生凋亡，而Est诱导Ppbi-1基因表达的细胞均未出现这些凋亡特征。

Seven patients aged 4 to 19 years, with myelomeningocele and high-pressure or poorly compliant bladders, were identified as candidates for cystoplasty. Each patient underwent bladder biopsy, and urothelial and muscle cells were grown in culture and seeded on a biodegradable bladder-shaped scaffold made of collagen, or on a composite of collagen and polyglycolic acid. About 7 weeks later, the autologous engineered bladder constructs were used for reconstruction, and implanted either with or without an omental wrap. After implantation, patients underwent serial urodynamics, cystograms, ultrasounds, bladder biopsies, and serum analyses.

年纪从4到19岁的7位脊髓脊膜膨出、罹有高压或者功能不良膀胱、被鉴定需进行膀胱成形术的病患，每一位病患接受膀胱切片，将上皮与肌肉细胞在膀胱形状的生物可分解的胶原支架或胶原聚羟基乙酸支架上加以培养；大约7周过后，形成一可自体移植的工程膀胱，移植时包覆或者未包覆网膜；移植后，病患进行一系列的尿路动力学、膀胱造影术、超音波、膀胱切片和血清分析。

RESULTS: The average score were 82.72 points and 73.9 points respectively for the year 2002 students majored in clinical medicine and year 2003 students specialized in forensic medicine, who had received both classroom teaching and clinic noviciate.

结果：接受见习教学的医学系和法医系学生的平均成绩分别为82.72和73.9分，未接受见习教学的预防医学系学生的平均成绩为75.6分，经统计学分析，医学系学生的成绩好于法医和预防医学系，而法医和预防医学系的学生成绩没有统计学差异。

RESULTS: The average score were 82.72 points and 73.9 points respectively for the year 2002 students majored in clinical medicine and year 2003 students specialized in forensic medicine, who had received both classroom teaching and clinic noviciate. The average score were 75.6 points for year 2003 students majored in preventive medicine who only had classroom teaching without clinic noviciate.

结果：接受见习教学的医学系和法医系学生的平均成绩分别为82.72和73.9分，未接受见习教学的预防医学系学生的平均成绩为75.6分，经统计学分析，医学系学生的成绩好于法医和预防医学系，而法医和预防医学系的学生成绩没有统计学差异。

The average score were 75.6 points for year 2003 students majored in preventive medicine who only had classroom teaching without clinic noviciate. The results of statistical analysis suggested the score of clinical medicine students were better than that of forensic and preventive medicine students, and the difference between the forensic and preventive medicine students was not significant.
