ABSTRACT］ObjectiveTo study the interruptive effect of HBV specific immunoglobulin on HBsAg+ and HBeAg+ in midtrimester women. MethodsHBsAg+ and HBeAg+ midtrimester women were randomly divided into treated group and control group, those in treated group (n=32) received 200 U of HBIG intramuscularly every four weeks before delivery from the 16th week of gestation. For the controls, no medications were used.
