木质部薄壁组织

The Cork was consisted of five or six layer long cells. The secondary phloem occupied 46% of the diameter of root, and the parenchymas cell was abundant of the inclusions. The secondary xylem consisted of vessel, xylary radial ,and a little of xylary parenchyma cells. Some segment of hypha, swelled hypha, pelotons and conidiophore were colonied in cork and secondary phloem.

周皮由木栓层，木栓形成层和栓内层组成，其中木栓层由5～6 列长形细胞组成；维管组织中次生韧皮部所占根径的比例达46%，其薄壁细胞中内含物较丰富，次生木质部中分布有导管和木射线及少量木薄壁组织；在格木木栓层和次生韧皮部中分布有菌丝片段、膨大的菌丝和菌丝团及分生孢子。

The protoxylem vessels initiated lignification in the early stage of vascular bundle differentiation, whereas metaxylem vessels and fiber walls started lignification from the middle lamella and cell comers after completion of vascular bundle differentiation. The walls of most parenchyma cells lignified after the stem reached its full height, while a few parenchyma cells remained non-lignified even the culm is 7 years old.

研究结果表明：毛竹茎的原生木质部导管在维管束发育早期就已木质化；后生木质部导管和纤维细胞在维管束分化完成后，自胞间层和细胞角隅处开始木质化；基本薄壁组织细胞木质化的发生较晚，通常在茎的节间完成伸长生长后才开始，但也有少数薄壁组织细胞始终保持非木质化的薄壁状态。

The abnormality in parencyhyma among the vascular bundle, the parenchyma cells near periderm broken cleft, produced crannies and developed a group of deep color unusual tissues. As well as the disrepair phenomena often happened in the timber parenchyma cell near xylem.

3维管束间的薄壁组织异常，近周皮附近的薄壁细胞组织破裂产生裂隙，产生染色较深的一群异样组织，木质部附近的木薄壁细胞有破损现象。

As the plants grew for a longer time the cells in the phellem of the taproots become smaller in size and closer in arrangement and calcium oxalate crystal declined in quantity in the phelloderm of the taproots all the taproots had three secretory canals but on average the calibers of the canals gradually become smaller the parenchyma cracks in outer phloem and the xylem part near the root center gradually increased in size ,and the area ratios of phloem to xylem continuously decreased the vessel and vessel-layer numbers in secondary xylem of the transplanted .

不同生长年份的移山参主根结构具有一定差异：随生长年份的增长，木栓层细胞体积变小，排列趋于紧密；栓内层草酸钙结晶越来越少；分泌道均为3轮，但平均口径逐渐减小；韧皮部外侧和木质部靠近根中央处的薄壁组织的裂隙逐渐增大；韧皮部与木质部的面积比则不断下降；12年，16年生移山参主根次生木质部中导管数量和层数明显多于8年生。
