By using the "Production planning model" proposed by Hung and Leachman [1996], the production plan of each individual factory can be calculated by optimally allocating its available capacities and maximizing its cash flows. After listing the tight or the surplus of all the resources in various periods among all factories, the surplus and tight between two factories of the same resource could be matched.

本研究以Hung and Leachman [1996]所提出的线性规划生产计划模型为基础求解各单一晶圆厂在其产品需求与产能限制下的最佳生产计划，然后从最近的生产计划期开始检视所有晶圆厂在该计划期下之各种资源的产能缺乏与剩余状况，并针对该期之产能不足资源项目寻找对应於不同厂间之相同计划期与同类资源的可行产能支援来源。

Results: among 69 cases, 15 cases stageⅰ, 40 cases stage ⅱand 14 cases stage ⅲ. mr can display abnormal signal of tuberculous meningitis in each stage, particularlymr enhancement scan, which present obviously miliary nodus in the brain and the thickened leptomeninges. miliary nodus of the brain was located mostly frequently at the junctional area of white and gray matter, and the thickened leptomeninges were mostly at the bottom of the brain.

结果：69例中，ⅰ期15例，ⅱ期40例，ⅲ期14例，磁共振对各期结核性脑膜炎均能显示病变，尤其是mr增强扫描，对脑内粟粒性结节及脑膜炎性病变显示最佳，粟粒性结节常位于皮髓交界区，脑膜炎性病变则以脑底部明显。

Results The latent phase of the primary culture cells was 5-9 days, followed by 11-16 days of logarithmical proliferation; the plateau began at day 18-20. The subcultures showed 12-24 hours of latent phase, followed by 7-10 days of logarithmical proliferation, then entered the plateau (11-13 days). The hMSC expressed positive CD44 unanimously, but don′t expressed CD45. Low concentration of bFGF (10 μg·L-1) could stimulate the proliferation of hMSC significantly (P.05); while 25-100 μg·L-1 of bFGF could inhibit the ALP activity.

结果：原代培养细胞生长潜伏期5~9 d，对数增殖期11~16 d，生长平台期18~20 d；传代培养细胞生长潜伏期12~24 h，对数增殖期为7~10 d，11~13 d进入细胞生长平台期。hMSC均一表达CD44，不表达CD45.bFGF在较低浓度（10 μg·L-1）时即有显著的促进hMSC增殖的作用（P.05）， bFGF在25~100 μg·L-1对hMSC的ALP活性有较显著的抑制作用。

The possible mechanism through which the winter AO influences winter air temperature in northeast China is that at the ground surface when the winter AO index is in a low phase,the Siberia high is strengthened,the winter monsoon over the East Asia is also strengthened,and northeast China undergoes a successive cold winter;and in the middle troposphere,when the winter AO is in its low phase,the East Asia trough is strengthened,the ridge west and north of Baikal Lake is also strengthened,the circulation develops meridionally,the northerly wind is strengthened,and northeast China undergoes successive coldwinter.

可能影响机制是：在地面，冬季北极涛动处于低指数期时，西伯利亚高压增强，亚洲大陆偏北冬季风增强，东北为持续冷冬期；在对流层中层，冬季北极涛动处于低指数期时，东亚大槽加深，贝加尔湖以西以北脊增强，环流呈经向型发展，东北对流层中层偏北风增强，东北为持续冷冬期。

Methods The expression of bcl-2 and bax were examined by immunohistochemical ABC staining with specific antibodies in 34 cases of uterine leiomyosarcomas (18 cases in stage Ⅰ, 1 in stage Ⅱ, 8 in stage Ⅲ, and 7 in stage Ⅳ), 34 uterine leiomyomas and 34 normal myometrium samples.

用免疫组织化学ABC法检测34份子宫平滑肌肉瘤标本（Ⅰ期18例，Ⅱ期1例，Ⅲ期8例，Ⅳ期7例）和34份子宫平滑肌瘤以及34份正常子宫肌层标本中的bcl-2及bax蛋白的表达。

Results The pathology of all 10 cases of nasal lymphomas were T cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Ann Arbor stage Ⅰ～Ⅱin9 and 1 in stage IV. The locations of 10 lymphomae were in the anterior portion of one of the nasal cavities, and the lymphomae extended posteriorly along the inferior and/or media nasalis concha in different extent. No bone structure destruction was found in all stage I cases and the bone of the media nasalis concha as well as the uncinate process was partially absorbed in the stage IV nHL. The skin of the external noses adjacent to the lymphoma of the whole 10 cases were swollen in various severity with disappearance of the subcutaneous fat.

结果 10例鼻腔淋巴瘤病理均为T细胞非何杰金淋巴瘤，9例为Ann arbor I～II期，1例Ann Arbor IV期。10例病变均发生于一侧鼻腔前部，沿下鼻甲向后呈不同程度蔓延。9例I期病变均无骨质破坏，相邻鼻背侧皮肤不同程度肿胀，皮下脂肪消失，1例IV期病变可见患侧中鼻甲及钩突骨质部分吸收，同侧眶内肿瘤侵犯。

The signals look like noncontinuous beads on the DNA fiber,which consist of multi-copy and arrange tandemly.Fiber-FISH results with 45S rDNA probe showed that an average signal length is about 3～11μm in many tandem copy sequence(measure number,n=8),so we estimated the size of each copy to be approximately 11～30kb in cotton genome.There are dual signals on each end of the mitosis metaphase chromosomes and pachytene chromosomes hybridized with telomere DNA probe.The signals also look like non-continuous beads on the DNA fiber,the length is about 1～9μm,so we estimated the size is about 4～27kb.The signals almost covered the whole mitosis metaphase chromosomes and pachytene chromosomes of G.arboretum Shixiya 1 hybridized with gDNA probe,the euchromatin zone and heterochromatin zone were identified clearly on pachytene chromosomes,and the signals also look like non-continuous beads.Two BAC clones 150-D-24 and 182-F-9 in DNA BAC library of Pima90 were selected as probe to hybridize with mitosis metaphase chromosomes,pachytene chromosomes and DNA fiber of G.raimondii.

棉花FISH技术系统的应用研究。45S rDNA在亚洲棉石系亚1号中期和粗线期染色体上有两对大的信号，在DNA纤维上信号为非连续的念珠状，多个拷贝串联排列，每个拷贝长度大约在3～11μm，推测每个拷贝的实际长度为11～30kb；端粒序列在亚洲棉石系亚1号中期和粗线期染色体端部都有双点信号，在DNA纤维上信号也为非连续的念珠状，不同染色体上信号长度大约在1～9μm不等，推测实际长度为4～27kb；gDNA信号几乎布满整个亚洲棉石系亚1号中期和粗线期染色体，在粗线期染色体上能明显区分出常染色质区和异染色质区，DNA纤维上的信号均为非连续的念珠状。

The results were compared with 30 age-matched controls w ith noninfectious neurologic diseases.

In 1991, Brevipalpus obovatus Donnadieu, a new species of mite, was first found damaging passionflower in Zhangzhou, south Fujian, China. It propagated 8-9 generations annually in laboratory in 1991-1992. Its egg stage ranged 6.0-25.0 days, larva stage 3.0-14.0 days, nymph Ⅰ stage 2.0-12.0 days, nymph Ⅱ stage 5.0-21.5 days, preoviposition stage 2.0-30.0 days, and the female adult longevity exceeded 30 days, longest up to 2 months while overwintering.
