Fifteen japonica and 15 indica rice cultivars were grown in the field for two crop seasons both in Taipei and Taichung. Samples were taken at 4 different growth stages (booting, heading, milky and dough stage) during each season to obtain data of leaf atea index, leaf area duration, leaf N concentration, the amount of dry matter accumulated , crop growth rate, and net assimilation rate.

本试验以稉秈稻各十五个品种为材料，分别於台北及台中进行两期作之田间试验，并於孕梗期、抽梗期、乳熟期及糊熟期取样，测定叶片氮素浓度、叶面积及总乾物重，并求叶面积指数、叶面积持续期、作物生长速率及净同化率。

objective:to investigate the expression and significance of rb in the occurrence, development and regression of infantile hemangiomas.methods:the expression of rb was examined in the proliferative stage and catagen of human hemangiomas and normal skin tissues by using immunohistochemical technique.immunohistochemical technique for factorⅷ-related antigen was used to prove that the cells which expressed rb were endothelium.image analysis system was applied to measure the expression level of rb at different stages of hemangiomas and in normal skin tissues.results:the expression of rb was significantly lower in proliferating hemangiomas than that in involuting hemangomas(p.05).conclusion:rb might play an important role in the regression of human hemangioma endothelial cells and anti-angiogenesis.

目的：探讨rb蛋白在血管瘤发生、发展及退化过程中的表达状况及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中rb的表达水平，并结合第ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组织化学染色证实表达rb的细胞是血管内皮细胞。利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织rb表达的积分光密度和面积。结果：增生期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平低于退化期，差异有显著性（p.05），退化期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平与正常皮肤组织相比，差异有显著性（p.05）。结论：rb通过抑制血管瘤内皮细胞增殖和血管生成而在血管瘤的退化过程中起重要作用。

The changes of nutrient in sweet pepper leaf at bud and at full fruit stage were different and the change of nutrient ratio (N/P, N/K, K/P) was smaller at bud stage than at full fruit stage, which was better stage for nutrition diagnosis.

甜椒花蕾期和盛果期叶片养分变化规律不尽相同，叶片养分比例N/P、N/K、K/P以花蕾期变化小于盛果期，为甜椒适宜营养诊断期。

Results: Restaging showed 14 cases with stage ⅢA disease, 11 with stage ⅢC, 1 with stage IVA and 3 with stage IVB. The overall 5-year survival for all patients was 48.3%, and for stage Ⅲ patients was 52%. There were four patients with stage IV disease, three of them died during the follow-up. In addition, the overall 5- year survival rate was statistically higher in grade 1 and 2 than in grade 3 in superficial myometrial invasion and in the radiation group.

结果：重新病理分期后有14名患者为第ⅢA 期、11名患者为第ⅣC期、1 名为第ⅣA期、 3名为第ⅣB期，全部病患五年整体的存活率为48.3%；第三期病患的五年存活率为52%；而4名第四期的患者有3名死亡；五年存活率在细胞分化度佳、浅肌层侵犯、辅助放疗等情形下有显著差异；高龄病息亦可见低的五年存活率，但未达显著差异。

The morphology and structure of reconstructed tissue was detected by microscope and scanning electron microscope.Results:(1) Compared with the control group, the cellular proportion of laminin group increased in 62 ~M phase, and decreased in Go~Gi phase significantly. As shown by the microscope, the cells of control group were in low density. The cells in mass connected tightly. The microfilament appeared reticular formation. The nucleus were the same in size. The cells of laminin group were in high density and put out so many lamellipodia, filopodia, which connected with the surrounding cells. The microfilament increased, elongated, and changed from reticulodromous to sarciniform, which reached to the pseudopods. The nucleus were different in size .(2) As shown by the inverted microscope and the cell growth curve, comparing with the controlgroup, cells of each test group increased evidently. The cellular proportion of each test group increased in S phase and G2 ~M phase, and decreased in Go~Gi phase significantly, but there was no considerable interations between LN and EGF;(3) As shown by the morphological observations, the cultured cat corneal endothelial cells formed an integrated membrane, and attached to the Descemets membrane closely, which was similar to the natural tissue. The cells connected tightly to each other, and some of them arranged in hexagon approximately.

结果：(1)层粘连蛋白组处于G_2～M期细胞比例较对照组显著提高，Go～G_1期细胞比例显著下降，提示层粘连蛋白促进内皮细胞DNA合成，及细胞分裂增殖；光镜下，对照组细胞分布成团状，细胞密度较低，细胞间连接紧密，细胞内微丝结成网状，细胞核大小一致；与对照组相比，层粘连蛋白组细胞生长旺盛，细胞密度高，向周边伸出大量板状及丝状伪足，细胞内微丝增多、拉长、集结成束，伸入伪足中，细胞核形状大小不一致；(2)倒置显微镜观察及细胞生长曲线显示，各组细胞数目随时间增加而明显增多，各实验组较对照组增生显著，EGF和LN联合应用组各时间点细胞数目最高；实验组处于S期和G_2～M期细胞数目增加，Go～G_1期细胞数目减少；提示EGF、LN单独及联合应用均可促进细胞增殖，但尚不能认为二者有交互作用；(3)倒置显微镜下，组织培养的猫角膜内皮细胞排列成密集的单层，细胞间连接紧密；组织学观察发现，培养的猫角膜内皮细胞形成完整的内皮层，贴附于脱水基质的后弹力膜上，与正常的角膜内皮组织结构相似；扫描电镜下，组织培养的猫角膜内皮细胞间紧密镶嵌排列，可见某些细胞呈近似六边形排列，细胞大小不甚一致，胞核清晰。
