objective to evaluate early signs of avascular necrosis of femoral head in adult by ct and to guide clinical treatment.methods the cases with suspicious diagnose of anfh were scaned in the both hip joints by x ray and ct to find the early signs of anfh with ct.results early signs of anfh using ct showed that, in 38 femoral heads 31 cases, there were radiate star shape of high density osteosclerosis of the trabeculae in 13 femoral head.twenty five femoral heads showed osteosclerosis and trabeculae structure disappearing and vague,incoordinately low ostedensity area and cyst change.there were fracture under the cartilage and light subsid in 5 cases.the cases in stage ⅰwere given decompression, while the pationtsresul in stageⅱand stageⅲ were given decompression and ostetransplant.conclusion ct results show that the sign of the high osteodensity and low osteodensity and cyst change can disply early anfh.

摘 要］目的：探讨成人股骨头缺血性坏死的早期ct征象并指导临床治疗。方法：对临床疑诊anfh的全部病例均行x线平片及ct检查，分析anfh的早期ct征象。结果：早期anfh的ct表现：31例38个股骨头，其中13个股骨头骨小梁呈放射状高密度的"星状征"，骨小梁境界清楚、锐利，属ⅰ期；25个股骨头表现为骨硬化，骨小梁结构消失、模糊不清，骨密度减低及囊性改变，属ⅱ期；并有5个股骨头在ⅱ期影像学改变基础上出现软骨下骨折及轻微塌陷，属ⅲ期。治疗结果：ⅰ期行钻孔髓内减压术，ⅱ、ⅲ期行钻孔减压植骨术。

Several conclusions are drawn from the study. The ore-hosted rocks are silicalite and mudstone. The content of SiO2 is high in the rocks of V ore deposit. Silicalites are mainly aphanitic quartz and chalcedony and the barite is sedimentogenic. The correlation between V and Cr, U, Ba is good. The rare earth element distribution patterns show Ce-negative or positive anomaly, obviously Eu positive anomaly and the right dip graphics.

研究结果表明，该区钒矿主要产出于青石峡－余家台倒转复式向斜两翼下寒武统水沟口组下岩段硅质岩夹泥岩的泥岩中，矿体产状与地层产状基本一致；钒矿床中所有岩石都含有较高的SiO2，硅质岩以隐晶质石英和玉髓为主，有沉积成因重晶石；V与Cr、U、Ba相关性好；稀土元素球粒陨石标准化模式具有或正或负的Ce异常和明显的Eu正异常、向右倾的图形。

METHODS: Bone of limbs were obtained under sterile condition, washed by PBS, centrifugalization, and dropwise into centrifuge tube containing 1.073 g/mL Percoll separating medium, centrifugalization, and then adding L-DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum, benzylpenicillin sodium and phytomycin, cultured in a incubator at 37 ℃ with 5% saturated humidity. The culture medium was renewed after 48 hours, and non-adhesive cells were removed.

Results (1)All of these cases were acute onset and combined fever in 6 patients. All cases manifested bilateral paraparesis or paraplegia. 29 cases were involved in thoracic cord.(2)As compared to the new criteria, 10 cases were ATM accompanied with infection;7 patients were ATM related to multiple sclerosis; 1 patient was ATM caused by ischemic lesions.

结果 （1）本组患者均为急性起病，其中有6例起病时伴发热，全部病例均出现双下肢瘫痪，病变累及胸髓最多（29例）；（2）与新标准对照，10例符合新标准分型中的伴发感染相关的ATM，7例符合与多发性硬化相关的ATM；1例符合缺血所致的ATM。

These results imply an etiological difference.P53 gene is a hot point gene in the occurrence and development of breast, cancer. PCR-SSCP analysis was performed to detect P53 gene point mutation in the region between exon 5 and 8, 5 of 12 (41. 6%) stage I breast cancer patients contain mutation of P53, 3 of 5 patients were accompanied by 〓 deletion. These results suggested that point mutation and allelic loss of P53 gene are two vi- tal genetic events in earlier stage of breast tumorigenesis.

我们还发现，〓和〓位点LOH均分布在乳腺浸润性导管癌、单纯癌、髓样癌及硬癌中，在浸润性小叶癌和某些特殊类型乳腺癌中全部为LOH阴性，上述位点LOH可能与某些组织学类型乳腺癌的发生有关。P53基因是乳腺癌形成过程中的一个热点基因，本研究对12例Ⅰ期乳腺癌组织标本中P53基因热点区域第5、6、7、8外显子点突变进行了测定，发现41.6％（5／12）的病人有P53基因一个或多个点突变，其中3例同时伴有〓位点LOH，表明P53基因点突变和等位基因缺失是发生在乳腺癌形成早期的一个重要遗传学事件。

Results There existed new cartilage and new immature bone tissue in the bone substitute in 4 weeks after operation, as well as mass of cartilageous cells,osteoblasts, collagen tissue and more small vessels were seen. In the period of 8 to 16 weeks after operation,new bone was formed continuously, artificial bone gradually reconstructed to mature lamellar bone,bone trabeculae and medullary cavity,etc.
