In the thesis, we use R-Soft program to find the appropriate photonic crystal structure which can replace laser cleaved mirror and provide high reflectivity as high as 71% for 980 nm laser. Furthermore, we replace mirror with air bridge mirror in order to prevent light from escaping below photonic crystal. Then we observe whether it can provide higher reflectivity.

本论文利用R-Soft软体来对二维光子晶体做模拟，找出适当的二维光子晶体排列，能对於波长980 nm雷射提供高的反射率，以使光子晶体能取代一般的雷射的劈裂镜面，制作反射率高达71%的雷射镜面，另外，更进一步将镜面改为空桥式镜面，以避免光从有限深光子晶体下方散逸，来研究是否能提供更高的反射率。

It must depend on external database. Without the database, one-dimensional bar codes can not have meanings. Two-dimensional bar codes overcome this weakness, it can encode a large ament of information in a small area, is a full data file.

In this paper the software using the method of integral equation to calculate 3D magnetic field and another two programs which use the finite column method to calculate 3D heat field with phase transition and 2D gas-flow field are completed. These programs provide such technique as the access to large quantity data and a simple but effective method to eliminate hidden lines of objects, which are necessary for the calculating of 3D field.

本文应用积分方程法，编制了三维磁场计算软件，应用有限容积法编制了考虑相变的温度场计算软件和气流场计算软件，软件中实现了大容量数据的存储，提出一种简便的消隐方法，这些功能对于三维场的计算不可缺少。

First of all, the report introduced evolution, achievments and problems in the study of anisotropy in the inner of earth. The first-order hyperbolic system of equations is work out, which is used to describe the wave motion in 2D transversely isotropic media. Utilizing the characteristics of free-divergence, We have imposed MacCormack theme that is used to simulate multicomponent records in anisotropic media and have developed a fast high order vectorized finite-difference algorithm adapted for the vector supercomputer.
