目的 探讨精神分裂症患儿父母心理健康状况。方法采用SCL90 对36例精神分裂症患儿父母进行调查。结果患儿父母整体心理健康状况较常模差，其中人际关系、抑郁、焦虑及偏执4项因子分与常模比较，差异有极显著性意义（均P01）；躯体化、敌对和恐怖3项因子分与常模比较，差异有显著性意义（均P05）。患儿母亲躯体化、抑郁、焦虑3项因子分均明显高于父亲，两者比较，差异有显著性意义（均P05）；而人际关系因子分明显低于父亲。结论临床医护人员应重视精神分裂症患儿父母的心理健康状况，并给予相应的心理干预措施。

Based on this survey, a multi-sided QOL assessment has made on such aspects as material condition, physical, psychological and social functions of the subjects investigated. The results show that (1) retirees score less than those on the job in terms of general evaluation, physical, psychological, social functions, ect.;(2) physical and psychological factors are the main facts affecting the retirees' QOL. On deeper analysis , physical and psychological diseases play the most important role on their QOL.

结果显示：(1)深圳出入境检验检疫局的离退休人员的生命质量与在职人员有明显差异，其中离退休人员的生命质量总评、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分等均低于在职人员；(2)躯体功能维度、心理功能维度是影响离退休人员生命质量的主要因素，其中心身疾病对离退休人员的生命质量有较大影响；(3)离退休人员的主导需要为生存需要，其次为相互关系需要、成长发展的需要。
