本文采用激光烧蚀、HF腐蚀和阴离子膜封堵的方法制作了一高压电场隔离接口，并对该接口的强度、耐酸碱稳定性、导电率及隔离电场性能等进行了详细研究，结果表明采用激光烧蚀、HF腐蚀和阴离子膜封堵的方法制作的高压电场隔离接口性能优良，有一定潜在的商业价值，可望推广应用。

Desmopressin can produce ELH and make the expression of AQP2 stronger in inner ears of guinea pigs. The result indicates that ELH may correlate to upregulation of AQP2, but the mechanism is not clear. There are two hypothesis which maybe explain the phenomena: the structural changes of AQP2 in ELS which inhibit the absorption of endolymph; or the relative deficiency of absorption of endolymph caused by the less increase of AQP2 in ELS than that of stria vascularis.

objective to discuss perioperative complication and management of patient with high risk copd following esophagectomy.methods 45 patients with high risk copd underwent esophagectomy with epidural block combined with general anesthesia.perioperative treatment included smoking cessation,chest physiotherapy,prevention and control of infection of air way and appropriate bronchodilators of air way,breathing exercises,nutrition support and oxygen therapy.painkiller was instilled after surgery,early exercises,ensuring unobstruction of the air way,mechanical ventilation was applied when needed.results 3 had hypoxaemia in operation.after surgery,all patients had spo2 somewhat declined.6 had lung infection.6 were removed of bronchial secretion by bronchoscope.2 were supported by ventilator by using intubation.2 underwent tracheotomy.1 had disturbances of acid base balance and treated by using hydrochloric acid muriatic acid.all patients recovered rather smoothly and discharged from hospital.conclusion high risk copd is not the absolute contraindication of esophagectomy.active management before and after surgery ensures the safety and recovery of patients.

目的 探讨重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病简称慢阻肺病人食管切除术围手术期常见并发症及其处理。方法 45例重度慢阻肺的病人在全麻联合硬膜外阻滞下进行开胸食管切除手术，围手术期处理包括术前戒烟、胸部理疗、预防和控制呼吸道感染、解痉化痰、呼吸功能锻炼、营养支持和氧疗；术后硬膜外镇痛、早期锻炼、保持呼吸道通畅，部分病人予以呼吸支持。结果术中3例出现低氧血症。术后所有病人pao2均有不同程度的下降，6例出现肺部感染，6例行纤维支气管镜吸痰，2例通过气管插管给予呼吸机支持，2例行气管切开术，1例酸碱平衡紊乱使用盐酸精氨酸治疗。所有病人均痊愈出院。结论重度慢阻肺病人并非开胸食管切除手术的绝对禁忌证，积极的术前准备和严格的术后管理可减少和控制术后急性发作，有助于确保此类病人的围手术期安全和康复。

Results Same conservative sites and key catalytic sites existed among SjLDH and LDHs from other species. Similarity of SjLDH compared to CsLDH, TvLDH and HsLDH was 75%, 17%, 58%-60% respectively. Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the evolution relation between SjLDH and DmLDH was closer than the relation between SjLDH and CeLDH, the relationship between SjLDH and HsLDH-B,-C was closer than HsLDH-A. Three trans-membrane regions were found, the region of 98aa-106aa in three hydrophilia regions located outside of membrane was inferred as the major antigen epitope. This antigen epitope had significant difference with LDHs from protozoon （ Pf ., Tg ., Tv .） and had 1-3 amino acid residue difference with MmLDH, HsLDH-A,-B,-C, and was the same with CsLDH. One of the key catalytic residues and substrate binding loop were located in this region. Tertiary structure demonstrated that 98aa-106aa was on the surface of the protein and formed a substrate binding loop, other two key catalytic sites were at the position near the loop.

结果 SjLDH与其他物种的同源序列含相同的保守位点及催化活性位点，与华支睾吸虫LDH同源性最高为75％，与阴道毛滴虫LDH同源性最低为17%，与人LDH（HsLDH-A，-B，-C）的同源性为58%~60％； SjLDH与果蝇的进化距离较秀丽隐杆线虫为近，3种人LDH中与HsLDH-B、-C的进化距离较HsLDH-A为近；该蛋白具有3个跨膜区域，3个高亲水性区域，主要的线性表位98aa~106aa位于膜外，与原虫LDH相同区域差异显著，而与其他LDH有1~3个氨基酸的差异，关键催化位点之一及底物丙酮酸结合区域位于该区域，蛋白质同源模建分析表明该区域位于蛋白表面形成环状结构，3个关键催化位点位于该区域或在其附近。

Porous alumina templates with different apertures were fabricated by changing the oxidation voltage in two-step anodic oxidation, and then Cu nanowires were synthesized in porous alumina by the alternating current electrochemical deposition method. The Cu/PAA was analyzed by SEM and XRD, the results have shown that Cu nanowires were indeed synthesized in porous alumina which had the same diameter and good structure of wire grating.
