Results:(1) FSN can inhibit secondary joints swelling and multi-arthritis evidently, improve the whole condition of rats; at the same time, it can also lighten the synovial inflammation and hyperplasia of lesion joints distinctly, and prevent the joint cartilage and bone from destruction; the collective efficiency of FSN is better than TWP.(2) FSN can raise AA rats low LTT of spleen to normal nearly, remedy the disorder of Th / Ts and Thl / Th2 cells balance in peripheral blood, restrain exorbitant TNF- a ? IL-1 produced by PM O , thereof exert anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation effect.(3) Inside the lesion joints, FSN can depress abnormal hyper-expression of TNF- a mRNA and NF-kB in synovial tissues, as well as advance the expression of Caspase-3 (a proteolytic enzyme of apoptosis), reduce synovial immflamination and proliferation.(4) FSN can lower the expression of VEGF in synovial tissue,reduce neogenetic veins, so inhibit the growth of pannus tissue and the damage of cartilage and bone by that.(5) The above effect of FSN are in proportion to its dosage.Conclusions: FSN has inhibitory effects on symptom and condition of experimental RA, which is better than TWP as a whole.

It indicated that the multiple-layered films were mainly composed by C-F, C=C and Si-O bonging, a little Si-C and Si-F bonding were also existed because of history effect. The bondgap were calculated as 2.7eV. The dielectric constant of the multiple-layered films was close relative to the thickness of the covering layer-SiOx, so the thickness had better be reduce. The bonding configurations of multiple-layered films had no evident changes after 400癈 annealing, the thickness raise very little and the dielectric constant increase 8%. Compared with one-layered a-C:F films prepared in the same conditions, the SiOx/a-C:F/SiOx multiple-layered films had a better thermal stability.

结果表明，多层膜主要由C-F，C=C，Si-O键构成，由于器壁的历史效应，薄膜中还存在少量Si-C和Si-F键；多层膜的光学带隙经计算约为2.7eV；多层膜的介电常数与包层SiO_x厚度有很大关系，应尽可能减小SiO_x厚度；在经历200-400℃的N_2氛围中退火后，多层膜的红外结构没有发生太大的变化：膜厚度稍微增大，介电常数只增加了8％，与同样制备条件下沉积的单层a-C：F薄膜相比具有较好的热稳定性。

Sensing ability of PSS/PANI self-assembled film with different doping/dedoping structure to DMMP and CEES was investigated. Results demonstrate that the gas sensitivity of PSS/PANI self-assembled film is affected by the size of dopant counterions. Gas sensitivity of self-assembled film increases with increasing size of dopant counterions. It is found that sensing ability of PSS/PANI self-assembled film to DMMP increases significantly by redoping/dedoping EB-PSS/PANI film with sarin acid that has similar structure with DMMP.

首次考察了不同掺杂/脱掺杂结构的PSS/PANI自组装膜对化学战剂模拟剂DMMP和CEES的敏感性能，研究表明，掺杂酸对离子的尺寸大小对PSS/PANI自组装膜的气敏性有很大影响，较大的对离子尺寸有利于提高自组装膜的气敏性；并且发现采用与DMMP结构类似的沙林酸对EB-PSS/PANI自组装膜进行再掺杂-脱掺杂，能显著提高PSS/PANI自组装膜对DMMP的敏感性能。
