We prepared the ordered porous alumina membrane by a two-step anodization method in oxalic or sulfuric acids, which is a self-ordered hexagonal array of cells with an adjustable pore diameter of 20-150nm and a different pore structures (i.e. Y-branched, dendriform, toothed and torous ones). Furthermore, the template-electrodeposition, vapor-catalytic growth, and controlled chemical etching were developed for well-aligned carbon nanotubes and oxide nanopillars with adjustable diameter, Al2O3-AlN one-dimensional heterojunction, Y-junction and dendriform metal nanowires, as well as Y-junction, and torous carbon nanotubes. The resultant one-dimensional junctions were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM,HRTEM, and STM, and the field emission of the well-aligned carbon nanotubes and the luminescence of ZnO nanopillar array have also been mearsured.

完善和发展了阳极腐蚀法制备多孔氧化铝膜的方法，制备出了孔径在20-150nm之间可调和具有不同孔结构（如Y形、树枝状、锯齿状）的系列多孔氧化铝模板，在此基础上，利用电化学沉积、气相催化生长和化学控制腐蚀等方法，成功地生长出具有可调直径的碳纳米管和氧化物纳米柱有序阵列、Al2O3-AlN异质结纳米线、Y形和树枝状的金属纳米线以及Y形、藕节形和锯齿形的碳纳米管等多种一维结纳米材料及其阵列体系，探索了基于模板孔壁内沿生长一维结纳米材料的机制，较系统的研究了碳纳米管阵列的场发射性能和氧化锌纳米柱的发光性能，为低维纳米材料器件化提供了实验基础。

The result proves that not only the grinding wheel's cost is lower, but also the effect is better than ordinary wheel in hardness, strength density and metallograph. The wheel has good abilitg of keeping grinding material and good grinding property. It can satisfy reguest of ELID grinding technology for wheel's selectrolytic and forming film. It is an ideal, practical and special grinding wheel of ELID grinding.

实际应用结果表明，该砂轮成本低、效果好，在硬度、强度、密度、组织等物理性能方面较商品砂轮有较大提高，并具有很好的把持磨料的能力和良好的磨削性能，充分满足ELID磨削技术对砂轮电解生膜的要求，是一种较为理想的实用的ELID磨削专用砂轮。

Compared with non-nanopolyaniline synthesized by conventional emulsion polymerization, nanopolyaniline has the narrow and uniform distribution of particle dimension and the diameter of particle is about 4-5nm,and the conductivity reaches 3.2S·cm-1, which is more than 100 times higher than that of nanopolyaniline;Moreover, it has higher solubility in conventional solvent and the solubility reaches 95% in N-methyl pyrrolidone;what's more ,it has higher crystallinity and more uniform crystal proved by XRD, apparent blue shift indicated by UV, which makes it possible to prepare transparent conductive composite films.

结果表明，微乳液法合成的纳米聚苯胺与常规乳液法合成的非纳米聚苯胺相比，具有明显的优越性：粒径分布窄，95%的在10nm 以下，最大的不超过30nm；电导率较高，达到了3.2S/cm，提高了2 个数量级以上；在有机溶剂中的溶解度较高，其中在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的溶解率达到了95%；X 射线衍射仪分析表明，纳米聚苯胺结晶度高，晶型更为规整；紫外可见光谱研究发现，纳米聚苯胺在可见光区有明显的蓝移，为制备透明的导电复合膜提供了可能。

Based on the laser longitudinal mode splitting theory, a novel scheme of dual-frequency laser with large frequency-difference is presented using electrically controlled birefringence of liquid crystal, and the transmitted resonant mode splitting by birefringent of Fabry-Perot etalon has been analyzed theoretically. A new element of liquid crystal Fabry-Perot etalon is designed and fabricated, which serves as aselector and splitter of both laser longitudinal modes and Fabry-Perot etalons transmitted resonant modes. Two different experimental systems of laser-diode end-pumped Nd:YAG laser have been set up using two different LDs, and the transmission of liquid-crystal cell have been measured. When the empty LCFP is inserted in the cavity of high-power LD pumped Nd:YAG laser, the oscillation of a single laser longitudinal mode have been observed, such a result shows that the designed and fabricated LCFP element is capable of selecting single axial mode. While an anti-reflected liquid crystal cell is inserted in the cavity of Nd:YAG laser end-pumped by the high-power LD, it is difficult to confirm weather the laser longitudinal modes have been spitted or not. The subject is summarized in this thesis and the improvement of the project has been presented.
