Expression of islet-1 in spinal cord of adult rat.In grey of the spinal cord of adult rat, the results of both of ISL1 immunohistochemistry and islet-1 mRNA in situ hybridi-zation showed that islet-1 gene expressed predominantly in the nuclei of motoneurons in ventral region and some cell around central canal and dorsal region. In white of spinal cord, the expression of islet-1 located in astroglia in anterior and dorsal funiculus.

在正常成年大鼠脊髓灰质中，ISL-l免疫组化和islet-lmRNA原位分子杂交结果都显示islet-1在腹侧角运动神经元中有相当强度的表达；在中央管周围和背侧角胶状质也有islet-1阳性表达细胞存在；在脊髓白质中，islet-l在腹侧索和背侧索中的星形胶质细胞有表达，外侧索相对较少。

The main causes were summarized as follows: 1 Patients psychological situation, accounting for 86.45%; 2 Impotency of the drainage tube because of postoperative hemorrhage, or because of tube folding, distortion or displacement, accounting for 45.15%; 3 Direct stimulation from drainage, accounting for 24.83%; 4 Temperature and speed of rinsing fluid, accounting for 15.0%; 5 Rise in abdominal pressure, accounting for 9.67%; and 6 Infection of bladder and urethra, accounting for 1.6%.

其主要原因有：(1)病人的心理状况，占86.45%；(2)术后出血创面组织脱落使引流管堵塞、引流管折叠、扭曲、固定不妥当，占45.15%；(3)导管刺激，占24.83%；(4)冲洗液的温度、速度，占14.51%；(5)腹压增高，占9.67%；(6)膀胱及尿道感染，占1.6%。

Methods: Selected 93 confirmed cases with hypospadias during May 2003 to Sep 2009. Patients in balanic type were treated with meatal advancement and glandularp lasty; patients with urethra orifice at 2/3 of corpus penis accompanied with slight chordee of penis were treated with Snodgrass method or Onlay method; patients with severe chordee of penis were treated with Duckett method; patients in scrotum or perineum type were treated with combination of Duplay and Duckett; severe hypospadia patients were treated with curved pedicle penis-scrotum and skin flap urethroplasty; patients with good outer plate of ventral prepuce and chordee of penis were treated with ventral pedicle hooded foreskin flap.

选取2003年5月～2008年9月期间收治的93例确诊尿道下裂患者，对阴茎头型患者采用尿道口前移、阴茎头成形法；尿道口在阴茎体外2/3段伴有阴茎轻度下弯者采用尿道板纵切卷管法或加盖岛状皮板法（Snodgrass术或On-lay术）；有严重阴茎下弯的所有阴茎体型采用横裁或纵裁包皮岛状皮瓣尿道成形；阴囊型或会阴型用阴囊中缝皮管加横裁包皮岛状皮瓣成形尿道（Duplay联合Duckett术）；对重度尿道下裂患儿采用弧形带蒂阴茎阴囊联合皮瓣尿道成形术；对腹侧包皮外板发育良好患儿及合并阴茎下曲的患儿采用腹侧带蒂帽状包皮皮瓣法。

FGFR4 expression was faint in renal vesicle and primitive tubules of S-shaped body, irrecognizable in urteric bud and podocyte of C-stage, negative in mesenchyme and condensing mesenchyme.

胚胎肾发生带内FGFR4表达微弱，肾囊泡和S型小体的上支和中间支，即原始肾小管上皮细胞部位有微弱表达，间充质、压缩间充质未见表达，输尿管芽及其末端壶腹和C-期足细胞表达不明显。

A summary of CT signs of 20 cases of carcinoma of pancreas and 4 cases of cancer of Vater amp- ulla,all proved surgically and patho- logically,was presented,The overall CT diagnostic accuracy in this series was 95%.

总结手术、病理证实的20例胰腺癌和4例法特壶腹癌的 CT 表现。本组 CT 总的确诊率为95%。胰癌主要 CT 征象是腺体局部增大及轮廊改变、密度降低、双管征、胰周粘连淋巴结增大脂肪层受侵犯。壶腹癌主要特征是显著的胆道扩张，仅1例有胰头部癌浸润。
