The traditional Fingerprint Recognition System is usually contact-type. The drawback of contact-type is that it is easy to make dirty, so we have to maintain and clean it often. We apply Touchless Fingerprint Sensor in order to avoid this kind of situation.

一般指纹取像装置通常为指腹接触式，因常会有沾污、故障等情况发生，所以必须经常委派专人做清洁维修的动作，为了避免此情况而影响到使用者操作，故本研究采取非接触式指纹取像装置。
