The average BP and breath rate in HS group were 97.1mmHg and 94.3/min , while they were 95.9mmHg and 76.4/min in control group, respectively presenting no statistical differences. 2 In HS group plasma endotoxin concentration was 0.088EU/ml while it was 0.013 EU/ml in control group presenting statistical significance, p=0.002. 3 Blood white cell ratio and total white cell counting were 82.73% and 1.90×109 in HS group, while they were 64.39% and 7.58×109 in control group presenting very significant statistical differences(p=0.001). There was no statistical significances in RBC counting and hemocrit between two groups.

Calcium carbonate and soluble glass and so on were confected as alkaline antifouling agent. The Infrared Spectrometry results showed that 2275-2250 cm~(-1) diagnostic absorb wave crest in part A and 3390-3200 cm~(-1) in part B and 1730 cm~(-1) in coating film strongly proved polymers reacted just as the reacting mechanism, that means polysiloxane which offer low-surface-energy property linked Polyurethane system by —OH groups reacting with —NCO groups. Relative molar mass of part A and part B was determined by Gel Permeation Chromatography and the results were appropriate. Surface-energy was determined and results were between 33.6-47.17 mN/m and it increased when alkaline antifouling agent was put into the coating. Alkaline antifouling agent was releasing steadily when the coating film was dipped in seawater. As time gone, the pH value of seawater was increasing. Solubility parameter and results showed that there was no corrasive phenomenon between the polyethylene strand and the coating.

Secondly, the pulse discharge plasma with allylamine was discussed, and the modification results with two kinds of discharge models were compared. The results showed that discharge models had influences on the plasma treatment results, especially under lower pressure and higher temperature with pulse discharge. The nitrogen element content in the layer under the pulse discharge was obviously lower than that under the continuous discharge, but there was higher proportion NH〓 groups remaining in the layer under the pulse discharge. The sample surfaces obtained by pulse discharge also had good biocompatibility.

The major results obtained are: PCR-RFLP method is suitable for molecular identification of Shihu; 205 compounds were isolated from 10 species of Dendrobium, including 21 new compounds, and 28 compounds isolated from genus Dendrobium for the first time. Each of the extracts and compounds were screened for anticoagulant and antitumour activities separately. The results indicated that the ethyl acetate extract from Dendrobium chrysanthun has significant anticoagulant function; the antitumour function of the 4 bibenzyl components from Dendrobium chrysotoxum is stronger than that of phenanthrene, of which the erianin has significant anti-angiogenic effect both in vivo and in vitro; components with moderate or stronger antitumour activities were found in the extracts of D. thyrsiflorum, D. chrysanthun and D. trigonopus; quality standard for 5 species of Dendrobium was drawn up use active or indicative components as control.
