The changes of Xc of different pulp cellulose are more closely correlated to the fibers' morphology size and the cavitation state. The maximum Xc of 84% is obtained when BEKP cellulose is treated under the conditions of ultrasonic frequency f=23-25kHz, power=400w, and treatment time t=720s.

结果表明，处理后4周，全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用1 mol/L NaOH擦除的5只试验家兔角膜表面全部血管化、结膜化，未发生睑球粘连，角膜基质胶原纤维完整未见溃疡、穿孔等病变，细胞印迹学检查为结膜表型，可作为实验性角膜缘干细胞移植的病理模型；全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，有2只为结膜表型，另3只为角膜表型，观察期内结果不稳定；半周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，角膜表面透明，全部为角膜表型；直接用1 mol/L NaOH擦除角膜缘和中央角膜上皮的试验家兔，有4只角膜基质胶原纤维断裂、溶解，并伴有严重的溃疡、穿孔、睑球粘连等病变，不能用于移植试验，另1只角膜表面透明，未见结膜和新生血管长入，细胞印迹学检查为角膜表型。

At the same time, pulps produced at higher refiner speed have higher strength properties and lower shives contents. There is little change of optical properties of the pulps.

结果表明：小叶桉物料在相同条件下进行汽蒸、挤压和化学预浸渍后，分别采用3500 r/min和4000 r/min的盘磨转速进行第一段磨浆，浆料磨至游离度670 mL时所需磨浆电耗与3000 r/min时的相比，分别下降16%和27%；浆料中纤维束含量分别降低20%和35%；第一段磨后浆料再分别经相同盘磨转速（3000 r/min）的后续磨浆后，与相近游离度的浆料性能比较可知，随第一段磨浆盘磨转速的提高，浆料的细小组分含量略有增加，纤维束含量显著降低，强度性能有不同程度的改善，但光学性能变化不显著。
