Abstract］ objective to improve the diagnosis of non-ossifying fiboma by analysing its x-ray feature.methods plain x-ray films was performed in all patients.x-ray finding in 8 cases with pathologically-confirmed non-ossifying were analyzed.results the clinical symptom was mild,the lesions occurred usually at the metaphysis of the long bones,the affected bones included femur（n=4）,tibia（n=3）,humerus（n=1）.cortical type was seen in 5 cases,presenting as unilocular or multilacular transparent areas with in the cortex or tightly beneath the cortex,the lesion had a sclerotic margin.which was more obvious at the marrow side.medullary type was seen in 2 cases.the lesion was located at the center of the bone and grew centrally.the tumor was manifested as unilocular or multilocular.tramsparent area with sclerotic border and the bone cortex became thinner with slightly expanding on 11 sides.conclusion plain radiography is the elementally means to detect this disease.based on the typical x-ray signs of non-ossifying fibroma combined with clinical data,correct preoperative diagnosis can be made in most cases.

目的 探讨非骨化性纤维瘤的x线表现以提高诊断水平。方法所有病例均摄有x线平片，分析经病理证实的8例非骨化性纤维瘤。结果临床症状轻，好发于下肢长骨干骺端或骨干，股骨4例，胫骨3例，肱骨1例。皮质型5例，表现为皮质内或紧贴皮质下的单层或多层透亮区，病变向骨内发展进入髓腔，周围有致密硬化带环绕，以髓腔侧明显；髓质型2例，病灶在骨内中央发展，显示为单房或多房透亮区，边缘有硬化，骨皮质菲薄，轻微向周围膨隆。结论 x线为最基本的检查方法，典型病例x线平片结合临床症状即可明确诊断。

Especially, the number of type Ⅰ complex terminals which come from unmyelinated afferent fibers recovered to the level of unoperated side. It indicates that morphine may promote the collateral sprouting and synaptic reinnervation of primary afferent fiber, unmyelinated afferent in particular. 4. Although the collateral sprouting and synaptic reinnervation were shown also in spinal cord of operated side in 34 days spared root rats, they were slower than that of morphine spared root group.

The analysis of experimental result including pathematologic and tissue biochemical indicator showed phenol total base of plumula nelumbinis have some therapeutic action to rat model of PF induced by BLM.

通过病理学观测及组织生化指标的检测(SOD、MAD、GSH一PX、Hyp)，说明莲子心酚性总碱对博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化有一定治疗作用，可能的作用机制：降低肺纤维时胶原含量；抑制肺成纤维细胞的增殖；抗自由基和抗脂质过氧化作用及提高了机体内GSH一Px含量。

The mechanism of action maybe include the depression in content of collagen, inhibition to proliferation of lung fibroblast, action of anti free redical and anti lipid peroxidation, and elevation of content of GSH-PX.So we think phenol total base of plumula nelumbinis is a sort of promising drug to healing PF.

综上所述，我们认为莲子心酚性总碱可能对肺纤维化的病理过程有多靶点作用：前期通过抗自由基作用，从而减轻肺泡炎损伤：后期直接抑制肺成纤维细胞的增殖及蛋白沉积，减轻纤维化病变程度。

Objetive:To investigate the histopathological features and detect the mutation of JAK2V617F in PV、ET and IMF;to analyze the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on the number of leucocyte in PV and ET patients;Methods: the morphological features of 69 patients who dignosed in the first time were studied by HGF and Gomori stains ; the mutation of JAK2V617F was detected in 38 blood or marrow samples of PV、ET and IMF patients by real-time PCR;the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on leucocytes were analyzed;Results: Different stages of reticulin were observed in 15 PV and 15 ET patiens'marrow sections,and the cytosis、the pleomorphism and the bone trabecula side location of megakaryocytes were observed in all PV、ET and IMF patients;the means of leucocyte in patients with and without JAK2V617F were 20.4×109/Land 11.4×109/L respectively;the P value was 0.367 as comparing the leucocytes among different stages of reticulin increasing.

目的：探讨PV、ET、IMF患者的骨髓病理特点并且检测JAK2V617F突变的发生率，分析骨髓中纤维增生程度以及JAK2V617F对PV、ET患者白细胞数的影响；方法：69例初诊患者的骨髓切片经HGF染色以及Gomori染色后进行形态学研究；并利用real-time PCR法测38例患者的骨髓或者外周血的JAK2V617F突变；分析骨髓切片中纤维组织增生程度以及JAK2突变对患者白细胞数的影响；结果：15例PV和15例ET患者的骨髓切片中可以观察到不同程度的纤维组织增生，所有PV、ET、IMF患者骨髓病理中可见到巨核细胞增多、巨核细胞多形性改变以及巨核细胞定位于骨小梁旁；12例PV、4例ET、4例IMF中检测到JAK2V617F；有突变和无突变患者发病时白细胞数均值分别为20.4×109/L和11.4×109/L，比较不同纤维增生程度的PV、ET患者的白细胞数均值，P值为0.367。

Results The anterior bundle of ulnar collateral ligament originates from the inferior aspect of the medial epicondyle and inserts immediately adjacent to the joint surface on the ulna near the sublimis tubercle. The posterior bundle originates from the medial epicondyle slightly posterior to its most inferior portion and inserts broadly on the olecranon process. The lateral collateral ligament arises from the inferior aspect of the lateral epicondyle. Two types of conjoined lateral collateral and annular ligamentous insertions on the ulna were observed. Type Ⅰ(61.2％) was bilobate and type Ⅱ(38.8％) was a single broad conjoined type with insertion on the ulna. The anterior band of anterior bundle was more tighten than the posterior band as the elbow flexed less than 60°. When the elbow flexed over 60°, the two parts of anterior bundle were equally tightened. The posterior bundle was tightened as the elbow was flexed more than 90°. The lateral collateral ligament was tightened gradually as the elbow moved in flexion.

结果(1)尺侧副韧带前束起于肱骨内上髁的前下方，止于尺骨冠突内侧的小结节；后束起于肱骨内上髁的内下方，止于尺骨鹰嘴内侧的骨面；(2)桡侧副韧带起于肱骨外上髁的外下方，其纤维部分止于环状韧带，部分止于尺骨冠突的外下方；桡侧副韧带和桡骨环状韧带在尺骨上的止点有两种类型：Ⅰ型占61.2％，桡侧副韧带的部分纤维汇于环状韧带的尺骨止点，另一部分纤维单独止于稍远的尺骨上；Ⅱ型占38.8％，桡侧副韧带和环状韧带形成一宽的纤维止于尺骨上；(3)在肘关节屈曲60°以前，尺侧副韧带前束的外侧部紧张而内侧部较松弛，肘关节屈曲超过60°后，前束内外侧处于同程度的紧张状态；尺侧副韧带的后束在肘关节屈曲超过90°后才被拉紧；(4)桡侧副韧带在肘关节不同屈曲状态时其紧张度逐渐增加，当肘关节屈曲超过90°时，桡侧副韧带被明显拉长。
