There were three new discovers : 1. The phago-assistant membrane was a nonciliary membrane between two pieces of wave membrane. It tightened with Endoral membrane into cytoplasm formatting cytostome and cytopharynx; 2. Cytoplasm formatted digestive structure which is a stable network digestive channel system but casual food vacuoles. 3. The Oral Primordium field , the assemble and transport of microtubules and membrane were all in the aborve channel system.

有三项新的发现：吞噬辅助膜为位于两波动膜之间的非纤毛膜，并与口内膜一道包卷进入胞质形成胞口、胞咽；细胞质分化出固定的网络状消化腔隙而不是形成临时性的食物泡；口原基场及微管、小膜的装配运输都在此腔隙中进行。

A portion of ductal cells and individual serous acinic cells of the minor salivary gland also expressed Fas not only in membranous but also in cytoplasmic pattern.

结果发现，在正常鼻咽粘膜表面及隐窝的假复层纤毛柱状上皮细胞胞膜、部分小涎腺的导管上皮和个别浆液性腺泡上皮细胞的胞膜和胞浆Fas阳性表达；鳞状化生上皮的表层细胞胞膜有Fas表达，但基底细胞未见Fas表达；浸润的淋巴细胞也不表达Fas.45.9%（17/37）的鼻咽非角化性癌Fas阳性，但只有不足10%的癌细胞胞膜微弱表达Fas。

Lastly, based on analysis on phylogentic relationships among 39 ciliates combined with their main morphologic characters, some conclusion were drawn: 1 the monophyly of the peritrichs was strongly supported, and its subclass rank in the class Oligohymenophorea is reasonable; 2 the genus Epistylis might not be monophyletic, and the peristomial area, especially the peristomial lip, might be an important phylogenetic character within the genus Epistylis; 3 the taxonomic rank of the genus Carchesium and the genus Campanella were suggested to be adjusted; 4 Opisthonecta probably diverged from peritrichs with stalks; 5 the phylogenetic tree of peritrichs was reconstructed based on the molecular information inferred from SSrRNA gene sequences and the morphology.

测定了6科8属13种缘毛类纤毛虫的SSrDNA序列，将构建的最大简约树和邻接树与形态学相结合，分析得出：1）缘毛类纤毛虫是单系的，其分类地位是隶属于纤毛门寡膜纲缘毛亚纲：2）指出累枝虫属可能不是单系的，口围区是累枝虫属中重要的系统发育特征；3）建议调整独缩虫和聚钟虫属的分类地位；4）得出后游虫可能是由有柄缘毛类进化而来的类群；5）基于缘毛类反口区结构和SSrRNA基因序列提供的信息重建了缘毛类纤毛虫的系统发育树。

Result 1、The effect of acupoint external application on the bronchial pathological structure and airway inflammation score of passive smoking rat The result showed:in model group,we conld see tracheal and bronchial mucosa bronchial exuviated,struction arranged in disorder,cilia lodged,even exfoliated in various degree,the exudate of airway cavity increased,alveolar wall capillary congested,bronchial wall seed a large amount of inflammatory cells,such as macrophage、lymphocyte、neutrophil,etc.
