There were some dedicted scientists who have contributed a lot for this project at its initial stage and who were the pillars of the project,but due to internal problems (you know the usual promotions,bias ,etc )and recent trends in software industry,the cream of them have taken up challenging top positions and more worthy jobs in other avionic companies like Honeywell ,Boeing,Hughes,BA and left in search of greener pastures(Its not because of renumeration,but for the poor recognition of their contribution ).

目的 了解戒毒者的HIV感染情况以及艾滋病相关危险行为特征。方法采用血清学检测和问卷方法，对 986名戒毒者进行调查。结果检出HIV感染者 3例，阳性率为 0 3 0 %；以男性青壮年为主，无业者居多，文化程度低；海洛因为主要吸食毒品，静脉吸毒率为 63 69%，其中 5 3 98%的人有过共用注射器行为；性乱在男性与女性吸毒者中同样存在；有 81 0 7%在婚外或婚前性行为时从未使用过安全套。结论在吸毒人群中，特别是静脉吸毒人群中开展有效的健康教育和干预活动势在必行

objective in order to investigate the variety of the airborne fungi in jingzhou area and study the relationships between airborne fungi and allergic diseases.methods we surveyed the fungi sensitizing of air in jingzhou city from feb.1th,2007 to jau.31th,2008 to quantitatively observe the daily airborne fungi and count under microscope through one year.results the fungi spores were present through all year.more than 20 taxa of airborne fungi have been collected,among which the most common fungi were uredinales,ustilaginales,alternaria,etc.fungi spores were ralated with the season and weather,the most aboudant period in sring and summer.conclusion the airborne fungi were seen one year and were mostly allergenic.many of then had seasonal distribution.

目的：调查荆州市气传真菌的种类、数量变化及飘散规律，了解优势菌群与过敏性疾病的关系，为荆州市空气真菌过敏症的防治提供参考。方法：2007年2月1日至2008年1月31日，在荆州市设曝片点，每日换片，收集全年气传真菌样品，在显微镜下统计，定量获得每天及全年的真菌数量。结果：全年均可见真菌孢子，共收集真菌种类20多种，其中最常见的有链格孢、锈菌、黑粉菌等，其数量和季节、气候有关，以春季、夏季最多，秋季和冬季依次降低。结论：气传真菌全年均有分布并具有较强的致敏性，部分真菌具有明显的季节性变化。

objective in order to exploit the natural resources of chinese herbs,the inhibitive effects of the compositions of28chinese herbs on the growth of8common bacteria in oral cavity were determined.methods sen-sitive test of these bacteria were carried out by mtt method.at the same time,chessboard dilution method was used for combined sensitive test.results the compositions of28chinese herbs can inhibit the growth of5bacteria in dif-ferent levels,but the effects on other3bacteria are not obvious.quercetin and usnic acid have better effects on5bacteria than other26herbs compositions,with mic0.03125～0.125mg/ml and0.0156～0.0625mg/ml.conclu-sion quercetin and usnic acid can inhibit the5bacteria growth more effectively than other26herbs compositions.

目的 测试28种中药有效成分抑制8种口腔常见致病菌的作用，为抗菌中药有效成分用于口腔感染性疾病的防治做一些探讨。方法选择28种有抗菌作用的中药的有效成分，采用噻唑蓝法对8种口腔常见致病菌作药物敏感实验，同时采用液体棋盘稀释法进行联合药敏实验。结果 28种中药有效成分对3种牙周细菌抑制作用不明显，对另5种口腔常见细菌有一定的抑制作用，其中松萝酸和槲皮素有较强的抑菌作用，mic值分别在0.0156～0.0625mg/ml和0.3125～0.125mg/ml之间。结论所选28种中药成份中，松萝酸和槲皮素具有较强的抑菌作用。
