Methods: Consult VP diagnosis standard of American psychiatry institute what WHO promulgated, we chose 80 VD sufferer. We adopt study method of random and comfort drug comparison, both blind method to dose and front and bank of oneself chiasma test. We chose MMSE and ADL to evaluate curative effect through comparing Statistic mark before cure and after cure. Results: We had treated 72 VD sufferer on Jiannaoyizhi capsule. In these patients, there are 15 obvious efficiency, 38 efficiency and 19 inefficiency. The total efficiency is 73.61%. It has obvious reform action on cognizing obstacle and behavior.

参照WHO公布的美国精神病学会VD诊断标准入选VD患者80例，采用随机安慰剂对照，双盲给药，自身前后交叉试验的研究法，选择简易智能量表、日常生活自理能力量表于疗程前后统计分值变化进行疗效评估石结果：健脑益智胶囊治疗VD患者72例，显效15例，有效38例，无效19例，总体有效率73.61%，对VD患者的认知障碍和行为均有明显改善作用，其效应明显优于安慰剂(P.05)。

ResultsEffective rate of chemotherapy was 86.6% which was associated with clinical stage and histology. Eight-four patients received radical hysterectomy. The histological grade of 17 patients was lowered, lymph nodes in 19 patients were positive, and 6 patients had parametrium invasion. One patient died within 1 year after the operation, and 5 patients recurred.

结果表明，止消通脉宁治疗组明显优于西药对照组，在改善症状，调整糖、脂代谢，减少尿白蛋白，改善血流变，降低血小板粘附和聚集等方面具有显著的疗效，分析其治疗早期DN的机制可能有以下几个方面：（1）降低血糖和糖化血红蛋白；（2）降低DN患者红细胞AR活性、提高SDH活性、减少红细胞内山梨醇积聚从而改善多元醇代谢；（3）调节脂质代谢；（4）改善DN患者血液凝、聚、浓、粘状态，抑制血小板的粘附聚集，从而改善肾脏微循环，保护肾功能。
