In this paper,the research history of microscale chemical experiment is briefly introduced,the preparation of cinnamic acid by means of microscale apparatus is investigated,and the characteristics of microscale chemical experiment and the optimum conditions are studied.

According to the existing hours of this lesson, we mainly explain rudimentary knowledge relevant to inorganic chemistry, including colligative property of diluted solution and four balances (Acid-base equilibrium, precipitate-dissolve equilibrium, oxidize-reduce equilibrium and coordinate equilibrium) and two structures (atomic structure, molecular structure ).

Zn-diffused high power 650 nm AlGaInP/GaInP material with compressively strained multi-quantum-well active layer was fabricated. The zinc diffusion was used on the material facet in a sealed quartz tube. Photoluminescence spectra shows 175 meV blue-shift in the Zn diffusion area, which is transparent for 650 nm laser emission.
