objective to study the clinical features and law of injuries in sichuan earthquake-stricken area.methods register details of the patients,count and analyses the external factors and clinical features of injuries with the international classification of diseases-10(icd-10).results the main external factors of injuries were "hit by object" and "squeezed by object".the first 5 categories of the injuries were tibiofibula fracture(158 cases,13.37%),pelvis fracture(122 cases,10.32%),vertebral column fracture(120 cases,9.98%),femoral fracture(109 cases,9.22%),and forearm fracture/ disjointure(106 cases,8.97%).conclusion it's important to study the clinical features and injuries in earthquake-stricken area,for unseeing and distributing medical resource rationally.
目的 研究四川汶川地震所致伤员的伤情特点和规律。方法对我院收治患者进行登记,采用国际疾病分类方法(icd-10)统计、分析其损伤的外部因素、疾病分类及构成情况。结果本组患者主要损伤外部原因为被物体击中和被物体挤压。疾病构成前5位为:胫腓骨骨折158 例(13.37%),骨盆骨折122 例(10.32%),脊柱骨折120 例(10.15%),股骨骨折109 例(9.22%),前臂骨折/脱位106 例(8.97%)。结论深入研究地震所致伤员的伤情特点,对合理使用、调配医疗资源,更好地为灾民提供医疗服务有重要的指导意义。

This paper, which focused on the structure optimization theory and method, has finished such studies as follows: The three dimension model has been built, which provide the necessary conditions for the building of the dynamics equivalent model. By the launch dynamics simulation, the loads of the key joints when the rocket is launched has been got, which provide the necessary data for the finite element analysis and the structure optimization. The finite element model of the excess weight parts of the rocket has been built, buy the finite element intension analysis of the model in two conditions, the displacement and the stress of the key points have been got, which make us know the distributing of the stress and the transmogrification of the part. To satisfy the intension and the precision design request and to decrease the weight of the part as many as possible, the part has been topology optimized by the structure optimization theory and method. After that, the new model has been analysis in structure and launch dynamics. The contrast of the character change of the old part and the new part and the influence on the rocket system have been studied.
本文以结构优化理论和方法为核心,主要做了以下工作:建立了某自行火箭炮全炮三维实体模型,为建立该火箭炮系统的动力学等效模型提供了必要条件,进行了发射动力学仿真,得到该火箭炮发射装置各关键连接部位在发射状态下的载荷,为有限元分析和结构优化提供了必需的数据;建立了该火箭炮发射装置超重部分的有限元模型,分两种工况,对模型进行了有限元强度分析,得出了关键部位的位移和应力值,对其的应力和变形分布有了具体的了解;运用结构优化的理论和方法,对该火箭炮发射装置超重部分进行了拓扑优化,使其在满足强度和精度的要求下尽可能多地减轻重量,对优化后得到的模型进行了结构分析和发射动力学分析,对比了该部件优化前后的特性变化以及对火箭炮系统的影响。

The main achievements of the project are as follows: 1 the hypothesis that a decrease in seed mass causes an increase in mean dispersal distance has been tested based on the experiments of weed dispersal by wind. The experimental results partly support the hypothesis. The results will help farmers to make an optimal strategy of weed control; 2 a statistic method for inferring probabilistic distribution function of a random variable has been developed, by which probabilistic distribution functions of weed species dispersal have been determined; 3 the reproduction structure of Bromus sterilis has been studied; 4 a more complex CA model with 25 neighborhood cells were built, which can simulate spread of a weed population. This work promotes developments in both theory and application of CA models; 5 the "mean law" in weed control has been proposed. Accordingly, the algorism of patch spring may be calibrated; 6 the "patch" and "true patch" have been mathematically defined so that herbicide can be efficiently applied; 7 simulation validates that initial configurations of weed will affect dispersal of its population and strategies of controlling it, or its distribution patterns affect its dispersal progresses.
