The first is mainly told the station of the juvenile crime, the accusal case , criminals, the educational degree and status, then put these dates into objective analyse and made this conclusion :the crime rate in Gansu is higher than that the average of our country , the phenomena of crime have not gotten effectively control ,most of the crime are about violatig the body of citizen, the right of democracy (such as intented harm ,intented homicide , rape ,kidnap etc.) and violating proterty (such as robbery , theft . fraud , plunder ect.). all of those , the most serious is the last. On the one hand ,we could find the juvenile crime are more younger , and they have come into mobdom and most of them receive little junior school education;on the other hand, those in the rural are higher than those in the suburb. Peasants, bummers and students (including those both in school and tdrop out of school), moreover , those who are in school making crimes and involved in drugs are raising.

第一部分通过对我省未成年人犯罪状况、涉案罪名、犯罪人员文化程度以及身份等数据资料进行客观分析进而对我省未成年人犯罪现状和趋势予以评价：犯罪率高于全国平均水平，犯罪现象尚未得到有效控制；未成年人犯罪多为侵犯公民人身和民主权利罪(故意伤害、故意杀人、强奸、绑架等)、侵犯财产类罪(抢劫、盗窃、诈骗、抢夺等)，并以侵财类犯罪尤为突出；低龄化现象日趋严重：团伙犯罪成为其主要形式；犯罪人文化程度普遍较低，其中初中文化程度居多；农村未成年人犯罪率明显高于城市，罪犯身份主要集中于农民、无业人员和学生；在校生犯罪率增长以及涉毒案件有增加趋势等。

In the first part,two methods calculating the coefficients of nilpotentclass normal forms are proposed.one is the iteration search method based onrepresentation theory of Li-algebra,and another is a new matrixrepresentation method based on the adjoint operator concepts,both are ableto be used to analyse the normal form problems with high orders and largedimensions efficiently.

Furthermore data assimilation experiments are conducted with MM5 Adjoint-model Assimilation System made by adjoint codes. With a case of heavy rainfall taking place from 00h July 23 to 00h July 24,2002, several numerical simulation experiments of different schemes are performed. The results are as follows. MM5 Adjoint-model Assimilation System not only can improve the initial field effectively and promote the coordination with the model but also can enhance the forecast on the precipitation and other elements. The assimilation of CDW has an improvement on quality of upper wind. The effect of direct numerical simulation with utilizing the CDW to amend the initial field gains the advantage over the one not.

结果表明，MM5伴随模式同化系统能有效改善初始场与模式的协调能力，提高模式对于降水场和其它要素场的预报；使用云导风资料修正初始场后直接模拟的效果比未使用时直接模拟的效果要好，对部分区域的强降水预报精度有一定程度的改善；使用伴随模式同化系统后，加入云导风资料的同化试验对其它要素的改善与直接同化常规资料的效果相比，改善优势不明显，但从各要素的误差来看，对于风场的改善最好。

In the CAD system for progressive dies, the method is introduced to automatically generate geometric models of stampings through inputting the product drawings by AutoCAD and picking-up the entity information from DXF files and programming with ObjectARX and C＋＋ language, at the same time, generating algorithm of close contour lines and unidirectional chain-table structure are used to express the models of stampings, the class and direct judgment of contour lines are realized and the entity existing side is judged by analytical geometry, which efficiently solves the problem of automatic input of drawings of stamping and providing information of process planning and mold design.
