We also adopt the iterative method to study the matrix nearness problem associated with these inconsistent matrix equations systematically in this dissertation, and characterize the minimization property of this iterative method by making use of the matrix function in subspace for the first time, which is the important improvement for the achievements of references.

本文还采用迭代方法系统地研究了问题Ⅰ，并首次利用子空间上的矩阵函数来刻画该迭代方法的极小化性质，这是对已有研究成果的重要补充和完善。

Not considering the restriction of the depot s transporting ability in the existing achievement of emergency dispatch, consequently, this chapter establishes a sole-resource optimized dispatch model aimed at "the shortest dispatch time" which includes the constraint of transporting ability under time restriction firstly. Moreover, the chapter deduces the algorithm of the model by mathematical induction step by step. Secondl y, it simplifies the former model and gives a simpler sole-objective model and corresponding algorithm including the constraint of transporting ability. At last, on the basis of the improved model, this chapter discusses a two-phase programming model and a multi-objective programming model which are aimed at "the shortest dispatch time" and "the fewest number of mobilized depots" including the constraint of transporting ability under time restriction.

由于现有应急调运的研究成果中没有考虑到各物资供应点受运输能力的约束，因此本章首先建立限制期内以"应急调运时间最短"为目标且含有运输能力约束的单物资调运优化模型：并利用逐步递推法推导出具体的求解算法；然后，进一步地将此模型及算法进行简化，建立更加简单的含有运输能力约束的单目标优化模型：并且讨论其算法；最后，在改进的优化模型的基础上，讨论限制期内含有运输能力约束且以"调运时间最短"、"出动的供应点数目最少"为目标的双层规划及多目标规划的优化模型及解法。

Influential theories, notions and techniques developed in the Western tradition have been introduced into the studies of the Chinese language since the late 19th century, as represented by the works of Ma Jianzhong, Klas Bernhard Johannes Karlgren, Chao Yuen Ren and Lü Shu- xiang, and have since formed an integral part of modern Chinese linguistics.

1988年底，《国外语言学》编辑部在北京槐树岭举办第二届编辑工作研讨会，会议主题是"国外语言学理论与方法应用于汉语的成果、动态和设想"。与会者就该主题进行了热烈地讨论，会上提出的一些观点，学界后来屡有述评。十七年过去了，中国的语言学研究又取得了长足的进步，《国外语言学》也改名为《当代语言学》。

The main results are as follow:(1) Systematically discussed the methods that built up the DEM by the contour line, we put forward new algorithms of auto-adding characteristic points that eliminated the "plane triangle" in constructing TIN and approximating important characteristic points by Lagrange interpolation polynomial.

主要成果有：(1)系统地论述了基于等高线建立DEM的方法，提出新的消除TIN构造中出现"平三角形"的算法——自动增加特征点和利用拉格朗日插值多项式拟合重要地形特征点，并验证算法对TIN结构的优化。

To improve performance of Chinese processing applications, we must change this situation, thoroughly think of the linguistics foundation of Chinese processing, and work over linear-grammar that suits to process word neighbor-ship in Chinese by computers. We have gotten many original research results as follows: We introduced the concept of simple-phrase and the method to identify them; We also introduced a smoothing method, which greatly relaxes the sparseness problem in statistic method, based on the similarity of words according to linear dependence of them, and introduced a person-name recognition method based on reliability and a method to recognize new word based on multi-features.

本课题为了提高汉语处理应用软件的性能，打破这一传统，彻底反思汉语处理的语言学基础，研究适合于汉语的、适合于计算机处理的、适合于词语线形关系的文法，创新性地提出了线形文法的思路，并有多方面的原创性成果，包括：提出了简单短语概念并拟订了界定规范并设计了相应的识别方法；提出了基于线性邻接分布特征的词语相似性计算方法，有效的缓解了统计的数据稀疏问题；提出了基于可信度的人名识别方法和多特征集成的新词语识别方法。
