As an "acceptor", the teachers" professional development will be influenced by many exterior factors, namely the restrictions and limitations, which includes the factors from the society and school which are expounded on from the outside to inside and one tier after another. As a "subject", the impellent of the teachers" subjectivity plays an essential role in their professional development by reasons of the intrinsic factors-teachers" activity, sociality, independence and creativity, that is the teachers" subjectivity in the professional development. As an "object", teachers have obvious characteristics and relatively centralized needs and attention in their development, so the teachers"development is quite different from other professional development in developing phases and training modes, viz, the uniqueness of the stages of the teachers" professional development. The factors analysis connotes two clues. One is the lognitudinal analysis from "acceptor" to "subject", the other is lateral analysis from the "object".

On Monday, 3 August 2009 if in the reasonable opinion of the Underwriter: the success of the Rights Issue would be materially and adversely affected by: the introduction of any new law or regulation or any change in existing law or regulation (or the judicial interpretation thereof) or other occurrence of any nature whatsoever which may in the reasonable opinion of the Underwriter materially and adversely affect the business or the financial or trading position or prospects of the Group as a whole; or the occurrence of any local, national or international event or change, whether or not forming part of a series of events or changes occurring or continuing before, and/or after the date hereof, of a political, military, financial, economic or other nature (whether or not ejusdem generis with any of the foregoing), or in the nature of any local, national or international outbreak or escalation of hostilities or armed conflict, or affecting local securities markets which may, in the reasonable opinion of the Underwriter materially and adversely affect the business or the financial or trading position or prospects of the Group as a whole; or any material adverse change in the business or in the financial or trading position of the Group as a whole; or any material adverse change in market conditions (including, without limitation, a change in fiscal or monetary policy or foreign exchange or currency markets, suspension or restriction of trading in securities) occurs which in the reasonable opinion of the Underwriter makes it inexpedient or inadvisable to proceed with the Rights Issue; or the Prospectus or announcements of the Company published since the date of the Underwriting Agreement when published contain information (either as to business prospects or the condition of the Group or as to its compliance with any laws or the GEM Listing Rules or any applicable regulations) which has not prior to the date hereof been publicly announced or published by the Company and which may in the reasonable opinion of the Underwriter is material to the Group as a whole and is likely to affect materially and adversely the success of the Rights Issue or might cause a prudent investor not to accept the Rights Shares provisionally allotted to it, the Underwriter shall be entitled by notice in writing to the Company, served prior to the Latest Time for Termination, to terminate the Underwriting Agreement.

During remediation experiment, the addition of benzene acid and Tween 80 gave higher CO2 evolution. The result of Microtox assay showed good correlation between aromatic rings of PAHs at low concentration. The Medaka embryo toxicity test had presented that while eggs were exposed to the soil extracts from fluoranthene and pyrene at high concentration (3mg PAHs/g soil), the embryo showed low hatch ratio、bleeding, high abnormal ratio and delayed mature period. The addition of composting materials for remediation study showed strong embryo toxicity to Medaka embryo at all test concentration.

Two questionnaires, a pre-examination, two post-examinations and SPSS statistic software were employed, and the following discoveries were made:(1) it is positive to apply training strategies to short-term, intensive, adult learners;(2) linguistic and memory factors are the two biggest obstacles faced by adult learners;(3) most adult learners realize the importance of training strategies, however, the importance of a learning strategy in their mind is greatly influenced by the number of the strategies which are already used in their study process;(4) there are some differences between older and younger learners in their application of strategies; for instance, metacognitive and social/affective strategies are adopted more by the older learners, and younger learners are affected more by cognitive strategies.

In order to develop and modify Gregory scheme for cumulus convective parameterization,we make the improvement as follows:(1) The large-scale moisture convergence is taken into account and the organized inflow,which occurs in the area of large-scale moisture convergence and is directly proportional to it, is added to turbulent airflow.(2) The influence on saturation vapor pressure exerted by supercooled water is taken into account and the initial mass flux is adjusted. Based on diagnosis of the air heating and moistening, the downdraft airflow is adjusted.(3) Based on the character of our country heavy rainfall,which usually occurs in the mixed cloud consisted of stratocumulus and cumulus, the process of excessive convection is restrained by organized outflow in the top of cloud and improving downdraft current and by reducing the evaporation of rainfall and release of latent heat.
