The Eliylab, rich fruit of Eliy culture, will soon be transferred to the town library in Yangquan Cultural Centre and signifies a primary part of the foreign language collection in the town library. It is a supportive step up to the main stream of the local culture and will be a cultural link bridging Yangquan to the world as we promulgated at the Eliy 2nd Congress half a decade ago. We are sure that with our effort a more civilized bilingual Yangquan will be equal in all spheres in the map of the world.

In all this quest, lies a deep passion for art, but no hurry, and refinement, but no triviality.
