结果：28例周围型小肺癌的主要CT表现：全部为孤立结节，25例有分叶征、21例边缘毛糙、13例有空泡征和细支气管充气征、15例有血管集束征、20例有胸膜凹陷征、5例有病灶胸膜侧模糊影。
