This paper mainly introduces experimental methods and basic principle about gelled acid reaction kinetics. Through the reaction kinetics experiment of straight acid and gelled acid, the reaction parameters of acid - rock reaction and kinetic equation in different conditions were achieved.

介绍了胶凝酸反应动力学的试验方法及基本原理，进行了普通酸和胶凝酸与灰岩的反应动力学试验，得到不同条件下的酸岩反应动力学参数及反应动力学方程，对优化碳酸盐岩油藏酸压设计有一定的指导作用。

Firstly, the reactivity of benzaldehyde is studied utilizing the autoclave designed by us in near-critical water.

通过对苯甲醛在近临界水中反应后产物的分析检测认为，苯甲醛在有限的温度范围内微量的发生了Cannizzaro反应，并同时伴随有苯甲醛自身的羟醛缩合反应等其他副反应的发生。

Using in vivo intracellular recording technique, we studied the binocularity of the dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus neurons in the monocular eyelid sutured cats. We found that almost all the neurons responded to the flashing spots to the nondominant eyes, and there was no significant difference of the response properties between the neurons in the deprived and non-deprived layers.

采用在位胞内记录技术，研究了单眼视觉剥夺猫外膝体神经元的双眼反应特性，结果发现单眼剥夺猫外膝体几乎所有的双眼反应神经元都对非优势眼的闪烁光斑刺激有不同程度的反应，并且剥夺层和非剥夺层神经元在反应特性上没有明显差异。

Results: In the 23 cases of disease group, 16 cases were unilateral and 7 cases were bilateral. X-ray examination showed local prominence between ischium and pubis in all cases. Lamellar changes of the bone inhomogeneous in density with round translucence were found in 8 cases accompanied with intact cortex. Mild osseous hyperplasia was found in 8 cases without changes of periosteum and soft tissues. CT examination of 8 cases presented with local prominence between iscbium and pubis, translucence, cataclasm, discontiguous osteal cortex with irregular ends, sclerotic medullary cavity of honey surroundings, but no sequestration and changes of periosteum and soft tissues. The above-mentiooed X-ray features appeared in 14 cases among normal group, bilateral in 3 cases.

结果：病变组23例中，16例为单侧，7例为双侧。X线表现为坐骨耻骨结合处局限性骨膨隆，8例有层状改变，病变区内密度不均，有类圆形低密度透光影，骨皮质完整，8例周围骨质轻度增生，未见骨膜反应和软组织改变。8例CT表现为坐骨耻骨结合处局部膨大，其内有低密度透光区，有碎裂，骨皮质连续性中断，断端边缘欠整齐，邻近的髓腔轻度硬化，无明显的死骨和骨膜反应，邻近的软组织正常；正常组中14例出现上述X线改变，其中3例为双侧性。

The caculation results of Pubugou high rockfill dam under the action of design earthquake travclling wave show: in few cases, the seismic response under travelling wave input is less than that under routine input; but in many cases, the former surpasses the latter, and the rate of increase of few components has doubled and redoubled; the strengthened areas of seismic response under the action of travclling wave are in the direction which travelling wave has gone; compared with acceleration and displacement, dynamic stress is even more sensitive to travelling wave input; compared with the direction along river, the effects of travelling wave in the direction cross river are even more intense.

Analysis of nuclear extracts of human cells has indicated a similar excision repair mechanism for nick-directed mismatch correction in higher cells, and several reconstituted systems that rely on purified human proteins have been described, such as hMutSα、hMutSβ、hMutLα. Recently, scientists discovered that nickel could be inhibitors of DNA repair. Nickel can greatly enhance the mutagenicity and genotoxicity of compounds in cigarette by inhibiting the nucleotide excision repair pathway in human cells. We have confirmed that nickel could inhibit MMR of E. coli and human and presumed that nickel inhibited repair before MutH incision of the MMR in E. coli. However, there is no evidence of mechanism of nickel inhibiting MMR in human cells.

镍是存在於香菸中的微量金属，近年来有学者发现镍是DNA修复反应的抑制剂，长期抽烟的人会容易因为香菸中化合物攻击DNA而引起突变，进而引起肺癌，而镍会抑制核苷酸移除修复系统（nucleotide excision repair；NER），所以使得体内的DNA损伤无法修复；过去实验室已经证实大肠杆菌的核酸配对错误修复系统会受到镍等重金属的抑制，并且推测出镍的抑制反应是抑制在修复反应的上游nicking的步骤；另外，也证实了人类的核酸配对错误修复系统也会受到镍的抑制，然而还没研究证实会抑制在核酸配对错误修复反应的哪个步骤。

Moderate noise (75、85dBA), didn't has significant effect on simple control and reaction task such as two-hand coordinate tracking, complex reaction time and persuit aiming. After sustained exposure of 1. 5h to noise with intensity of 85、95 dB , there was a tendency to decrease in light tracking performance of dual task (light tracking and oddball vedio-moter reaction) with a very large difference among subjects. The attention distribution between main task and second task changed.
