The deep lacustrine facies dolomite exits in the stratum of Paleogene Shahejie Formation in Liaodongwan basin,its distribution is only in the deep sag;the rock characteristic is dolomicrite mainly,and the matter composition gives first place to ankerite .

辽东湾盆地古近系沙河街组产有一套分布仅限于深凹陷内的深湖相白云岩，岩性主要为泥-微晶白云岩，物质组分以铁白云石为主，在深湖相暗色泥岩中呈很薄的夹层产出，累计厚度6~10 m，产出位置明显受区域内辽中凹陷西界的北北东向基底断裂控制。

Results The main CT findings were as the following:All of the cases were solitary pulmonary nodule, 25 cases with the lobulation ,21 cases with coarse edge,13 cases with the vacuole and/or airbronchogram ,15 cases with the convergence of peripheral vessels,20 cases with the pleual retraction,5 cases with the cloudy zone of pathological pleural side.

结果：28例周围型小肺癌的主要CT表现：全部为孤立结节，25例有分叶征、21例边缘毛糙、13例有空泡征和细支气管充气征、15例有血管集束征、20例有胸膜凹陷征、5例有病灶胸膜侧模糊影。

After 24 weeks,the operation area of group A was more smooth,and the surrounding normal cartilage naturally straight flush,transparent form new cartilage,subchondral bone formation in good condition;Group B restoration surgery the basic integrity of the cartilage tissue, center is not yet fully integrated,there was slight depression;CollagenⅡimmunohistochemistry of cartilage that was new brown area.Group C has no formation of articular cartilage.The growth and the intergration of subchondral bone of group A and B were better.

术后24周取材，见A组山羊手术区关节表面较为光滑，与周边正常软骨自然连续平齐，透明的新生软骨组织形成，软骨下骨形成完好；B组山羊手术区修复的软骨组织基本完整，中心部位仍未完全融合，有微小凹陷；Ⅱ型胶原免疫组化示新生软骨组织呈棕黄色。C组术区关节凹陷，无关节软骨组织形成。A组和B组，软骨下骨的生长及与周围组织的结合均较好，无植入物脱落现象的发生。

After 12 weeks,the result showed the operation area of group A articular surface was smooth,with the surrounding normal cartilage naturally straight flush, transparent form new cartilage tissue;Group B restoration surgery the basic integrity of the cartilage tissue,but the center of many not fully integrated,there is slight depression,surface wear,good subchondral bone formation;control group, depression joint operation areas,non-articular cartilage formation,such as lack of bone joints.

术后12周取材，A组修复区可见部分软骨样组织，关节软骨无磨损，修复的软骨呈白色半透明外观，与周围正常关节软骨有连续性，可见一明显的凹陷，无明显软骨下骨外露；B组修复区也可见部分软骨样组织，关节软骨在修复区可见磨损，软骨呈白色不透明外观，软骨下骨形成较好；空白对照组术区关节凹陷，无关节软骨组织形成，关节下骨缺如。

With the rich sediments supplied by the Pearl River, under the paleogeography sedimentary background of Baiyun Sag continuously subsiding, with sedimentary sequences related to relative transgressive sea level change ,contrary to regressive eustasy, the Pearl River Deepwater Fan System has specific evolution characteristics, which left the sedimentary record controlled by peripherical significant geological events. The sharp change of deposition rate and lithologic geochemical characteristics about 23.8Ma sequence boundary demonstratesd that sediment source had changed, perhaps related to the uplift of Tibet plateau and spreading of the South China Sea, which led the paleoPearl River drainage to expand to western China plateau , maybe much broader than present.

珠江深水扇系统以珠江为沉积物源、以持续深沉降的白云凹陷为沉积古地理背景、以与全球海退型海平面相反的相对海侵型海平面变化的沉积层序构成了其发育演化的特殊性，并留下了控制沉积的周边重要事件的记录。23.8 Ma等界面沉积速率和岩石地球化学特征均有突变，反映出物源区的变化，可能折射出与青藏高原隆升、南海扩张有关的重要事件，使得古珠江骤然向西部高原拓展，甚至较今天的珠江流域范围还广阔；承载珠江深水扇系统的白云凹陷持续沉降形成了陆坡内盆地，导致21~10.5 Ma BP多个层序深水扇垂向叠置充填的特殊沉积建造；根据60多口井资料建立的相对海平面变化曲线，具有与全球海平面变化相一致的三级旋回和不一致的二级旋回。
