The right and left TMJ were removed from the animals, and all the specimens were observed. 3 days later, we could find that all TMJ components showed signs of injury. The synovial membrane was torn up and the cartilage of the condylar process and glenoid fossa was destructed.

伤后3天可出现关节滑膜撕裂、颞骨和髁突骨质破坏、关节腔内积血，关节盘以及关节附着的断裂等改变；7天后，关节积血少见。2周后可见关节内明显的破坏性改变，关节腔内还可有渗出液存在。

After 12 weeks,the result showed the operation area of group A articular surface was smooth,with the surrounding normal cartilage naturally straight flush, transparent form new cartilage tissue;Group B restoration surgery the basic integrity of the cartilage tissue,but the center of many not fully integrated,there is slight depression,surface wear,good subchondral bone formation;control group, depression joint operation areas,non-articular cartilage formation,such as lack of bone joints.

术后12周取材，A组修复区可见部分软骨样组织，关节软骨无磨损，修复的软骨呈白色半透明外观，与周围正常关节软骨有连续性，可见一明显的凹陷，无明显软骨下骨外露；B组修复区也可见部分软骨样组织，关节软骨在修复区可见磨损，软骨呈白色不透明外观，软骨下骨形成较好；空白对照组术区关节凹陷，无关节软骨组织形成，关节下骨缺如。

Results: Two groups 64 sides joint equally to obtain limpid MR image, on oblique sagittal of close mouth T1 and PDW images showed that the anterior disc border in TMJ ID people was sited around 0.42mm, before the vertical line of the lower end of articular eminence,while it is sited 0.14 mm,before the vertical line in normals, There exists significant statistical difference. The junction of posterior band of the disc and the bilaminar region in TMJ ID people was sited at 14.4°of vertical line of condile center,but in normals it was 3.18°There exists significant statistical difference.

结果： 两组64侧关节均获得清晰的MR图像，T1WI和PDWI图像斜矢状闭口位时，在TMJ ID组关节盘前缘位于关节结节最低点垂直线前约0.42 mm，而正常对照组则位于其前约0.14 mm，两组间差异有统计学意义，在TMJ ID组关节盘后带与双板区交界处约位于髁状突12点位垂直线14.4°处，而正常对照组则位于其3.19°处，两组间差异有统计学意义。

Results: Arthroscopic examination showed that there were synovitis, debris and fibrillation in the joints of ADD with reduction; synovitis, synovial hyperplasia, debris, fibrillation, chondromalacia,fibrocartilage rupture and adhision in the joints of ADD without reduction.

76例84侧临床诊断为颞下颌关节盘前移位以及关节盘穿孔的病例进行颞下颌关节内窥镜检查。结果：可复性关节盘前移位的病例出现滑膜炎，关节腔内有絮状物，关节结节表面有纤维形成。

结果：可复性关节盘前移位的病例出现滑膜炎，关节腔内有絮状物，关节结节表面有纤维形成。不可复性关节结节表面纤维形成，关节软骨软化，软骨剥脱，同时伴有纤维粘连。

Hemarthrosis and laceration of the disc and the attachment were also observed. 7 days later, the hemarthrosis was seldomly seen. Effusion was seen in some joints at 2 weeks. At 1 month posttrauma, the severely damaged structure of the two joints in one animal was found. We could find the loss of the disc and the cartilage of the condyle. Effusion also existed.

伤后1月，可见有一侧关节盘完全破坏，髁突软骨层消失，关节腔内渗出；对侧关节结构紊乱，关节盘及髁突明显变形、不规则等变化。3月后，多数关节结构基本正常，但关节内的破坏性改变仍然存在，关节内可见较明显的裂隙或囊状改变，软骨组织变薄，关节盘松解，关节腔扩张等变化。

Old aged male always go with hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes,the rate is significantly higher than that in young and middle aged male(P＜0.05), while the rale of hyperlipemia is similar in two groups.

Progestin could even decrease this expression. Estrogen could slightly increase the mRNA expression of TIMP-1. It is suggested that low dose of estrogen supplement play a protective effect on OA cartilage, and progestin could increase this protective effect.
