In this article, the history of Geng-Liao District is divided into three parts: The periods during the rules of Qing Dynasty, during the colonization of Japan, and after World War II to survey the related historical record. After this is a study of the affects of the Erchong Floodway toward the local education, religion, and way of life in Geng-Liao. The affects toward Geng-Liao Elementary School and the region around the old campus is shown by the structure and running of the school, the changes of temples: Fuan temple, Singjhen temple, Fusing temple, and Fude temple, and the development of Gengsin community and Singjhen community.

文中针对更寮的历史，区分为清领时期的更寮、日治时期的更寮、以及战后的更寮三个部份分别审视史料中有关更寮区域的记载，其后以更寮区域为标的，探究二重疏洪道的施建对更寮区域教育文化、民间信仰以及生活型态的影响；对二重疏洪道辟建后对更寮国小及旧校地周边发展，则分别从更寮国小、信仰中心：福安宫、兴珍宫、福兴宫、福德宫以及更新社区与兴珍社区的结构与运作与当地来陈述。

The results of this study include:ⅠThe most demand factors of the staffs in general include (1)Job stability (2)sound working environment (3) nice relationships between superior and subordinate (4) suffocation family time (5) hominy relationship among staffs. Besides the Chinese Medical Doctors and Nurses emphasized on the opportunity of on job training and the ability of specialization. Those staffs owned graduate degree demand high automotive job.

整体而言，以（1）工作的保障与无虑的生活、2）良好工作环境、（3）良好的主管与部属关系、（4）与家人的相处时间、（5）和谐的同事情感，被列为工作相关因素需求最高之因素；其中医师与护理人员重视对自身「专业能力与进修的机会」，而拥有研究所学历的员工希望有「自主与自治性高的工作」显然与其学校养成教育有关，担任主管者则对「自我实现的成就感」有切身之需求。

The aims of the HKLS are to provide a forum being a non-profit educational and scientific organization for people interested in butterflies and moths of Hong Kong; and to promote conservation of lepidoptera of the Special Administrative Region and the science of lepidopterology in all its branches; and to publish periodicals and other publications on Lepidoptera and to facilitate the exchange of ideas by both the professional worker and the amateur in the field.

香港鳞翅目昆虫学家学会作为非赢利的教育和科学组织，该学会旨在为对香港的蝴蝶和蛾有兴趣的人们提供一个论坛；促进对特别行政区鳞翅目昆虫的保护以及促进鳞翅目昆虫学及它的所有分支的科学的发展；出版有关鳞翅目昆虫的期刊和其他出版物，以此帮助该领域专业工作者和业余爱好者的思想交流。

Firstly, based on literature review and qualitative surveys, the modified risk factors that affecting the effect of hypertension management in the underdeveloped rural area were identified, the specific questionnaire and SIPHF were developed, and the first cross-sectional study was conducted. Secondly, the surveyed population were then divided into intervention group and control group, and periodic health education and following up were conducted to the intervention group for six months; Thirdly, the second cross-sectional study was conducted to evaluate the effect of intervention by qualitative and quantitative survey, the indicators include the knowledge awareness rate and the right belief rate for hypertension control, and the behavior prevalence related to hypertension intervention, the disease burden, the life quality and clinical outcomes resulted from hypertension, the dynamic tendency of blood pressure and the patients\' satisfaction. And the factors related to the effect of hypertension management was evaluated; Finally, SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the intervention process and effect, based on the results of qualitative and quantitative surveys on the factors related to effect of the intervention, and to provide evidence-based suggestions for SIPHF improvement and policy-making in the underdeveloped rural area in China.

首先，在文献综述和定性调查的基础上，确认影响欠发达地区农村高血压患者管理效果的因素，设计调查问卷和高血压管理方案，并开展第一次横断面调查；其次，将调查乡镇分为试验组和对照组，对试验组患者开展健康教育和定期的随访管理，对照组患者则按常规工作对待；第三，实施规范化管理6个月后，采用定量调查和定性访谈等方式评价管理效果，通过第二次横断面调查，对试验组与对照组干预前后的危险因素变化情况及干预效果进行评估，评估内容包括患者的知识、信念和行为等与高血压防治有关的危险因素指标，及其产生的疾病负担、生活质量、临床指标、血压水平变化趋势、干预组满意度等结果指标，并分析影响高血压干预效果的因素；最后，采用SWOT分析，根据定性和定量调查结果分析该类地区今后全面开展该项工作所面临的内部和外部环境因素，并为欠发达地区农村高血压规范化管理方案完善及政策制定提供循证建议。

The anxiety however comes from the lack of educational teaching materials (55%), natural resources' lack of professional maintenance (53%), lack of funds (45%) and lack of relative knowledge (44%). The conclusion are that the government can conduct studies relative to the knowledge of Ecological engineering method or publish periodicals in order to increase the teachers' (50%) chance of getting in touch with knowledge of this field and let the supplier, middle man, acceptant of the education system to bring into full play of their abilities by providing them with more supports.

此一教学如加以推动，对教师而言是具有「可提供一个方便、安全、经济的户外教学场域」和「可增加教师的教学资源」等较重要的功能；对学生而言，则具有「可养成爱惜与尊重生命的态度」和「可让学生从实物中了解动、植物生态特性」等效益；但较担心的是教学教材资源（55％）、自然资源缺乏专业维护（53％）、经费（45％）及相关知识（44％）等的不足；因此，政府机关除了可以多办理有关生态工法知识的研习或发行刊物，以增加教师（50％）对这方面知识的接触机会外，在其他各方面亦应该提供更多的协助，让教育系统供给者、中介者及接受者都能发挥最大的功效。

This thesis, more or less, has analyzed deeply the restrictive factors of the development of the secretarial discipline on the basis of inspecting situations such as disciplinary setups, persons qualified to teach, students' diatheses and demands of the market. And it has also elaborated that the shrinking of the development of the secretarial discipline is caused by factors of the divergence of the relevant education system, teachers' non-speciality, the useless content overlapping of specialized text books, simple teaching methods, leak student professional recognition and so on.

本文在考察该专业学科设置、师资力量、学生因素和市场需求等状况的基础上，较深入地分析了高校文秘专业发展的各种制约因素，并说明了有关该专业的教育制度的偏差、教师队伍的非专业性、专业教材的低水平重复、教学方式的单一、学生专业认同程度的偏低等因素造成了文秘专业发展的萎缩。

So education theory has to as well as should give an answer to this humanity issue on the base of history and reality in sense of discipline.On the base of many research concerning hypothesis of humanity, this thesis find out the lack of study education theory internally and systematically. So I takes Herbart education and Dewey education as examples, one is the represent of the beginning of education as a discipline, the other is an important sign of the transformation in the development of education theory.
