OBJECT AND METHODS: The study was made up of 55 girls with idiopathic precocious puberty, age 3.2-9.9(7.55±1.90)years, before the 8-years-old breast had developed 36 patients, age 1.5-7.9(6.07 ± 1.72)years; before the 10-years-old have had menophania 20 cases, age 5.0-9.75 (8.75 ± 1.26) years.

对象及方法：参照&金标准&选择特发性性早熟患儿55例，年龄从3.2～9.9(7.55±1.90)岁；8岁前乳房发育者36例，发育年龄1.5～7.9(6.07±1.72)岁；10岁前月经初潮者20例，初潮年龄5.0～9.75(8.75±1.26)岁。

The degree of dysmenorrhea, amount of menorrhea, uterine volume changes of the level of serum CA125 and side effects were investigated before and after 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 months when UAE was used.

观察两组患者UAE前及UAE后3、6、12、24、48个月月经量、痛经程度评分、子宫体积、血清CA125的变化及两组的副作用情况。

Methods 256 patients with bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into control group (n=126) and trial group (n=130).Control group were given metronidazole tablets and trial group were given secnidazole tablets.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups 3~7 days after the end of treatment and 3~7 days after menorrhea,respectively.The relapse rate during 3 months after the end of treatment between two groups was compared.

256例细菌性阴道病患者随机分成对照组126例和试验组130例，分别给予甲硝唑片和塞克硝唑片口服；停药后3~5 d及停药后下次月经来潮干净后3~7 d比较两组的临床疗效，比较两组3个月内的复发率；并观察两组的不良反应的发生情况。

The side effects in two groups were observed.Results 3~7 days after the end of treatment,the cure rate and efficacy rate were 64.3%and 82.5%in control group and 76.2%and 91.5%in trial group,respectively.3~7 days after menorrhea,the cure rate andefficacy rate were 65.9%and 83.3%in control group and 78.5%and 92.3%in trial group,respectively.There was a significant difference between two groups.

结果 停药后3~5 d，对照组的治愈率和有效率分别为64.3%和82.5%，试验组的治愈率和有效率分别为76.2%和91.5%；停药后下次月经来潮干净后3~7 d对照组的治愈率和有效率分别为65.9%和83.3%，试验组的治愈率和有效率分别为78.5%和92.3%；两组比较有显著性差异(P.05)。
