初步稳定性试验按《新药审批办法》的有关规定，对本品在室温下进行了3个月的连续考察，结果稳定性良好；用加速试验法将药品在温度37一40℃和相对湿度75缸5%的条件下保存，每月考核一次，连续3个月，结果稳定性好，按照室温25℃有效期的考核标准，该药品的有效期暂定为两年。

Pale yellow, brown and white translucent calli were produced from zygotic embryos which were stored at 4 to 6℃ for 1 to 3 months and then cultured on medium LP+2mg/L 2, 4-D+1mg/L 6-BA in the dark for one month. Only white trenslucent calli were embryogenic.

He said that "the 17-Article Agreement was imposed on Tibet under armed force";"the Hans have massacred 1.2 million Tibetans";"owing to Han immigration, the Tibetans have become a minority in Tibet";"the Communists in Tibet force women to practice birth control and abortion"; the government opposes religious freedom and persecutes religious people; traditional Tibetan culture and art are in danger of extinction; the natural resources in Tibet have been seriously depleted; there is severe environmental pollution in Tibet, etc. The riots in Lhasa from September 1987 to March 1989 were incited by the Dalai clique and plotted by rebels who were sent back to Tibet. The riots incurred severe losses to the lives and property of Tibetans.

Methods First, 704 patients receiving CO2 laryngeal laser operation from July 2, 2003 to August 21, 2008 were enrolled, and their risk events and causes were systematically analyzed. Second, in vitro experiment, we tested the tolerance of the PVC tube against different CO2 laser energy in different cutting patterns when the cuff was inflated in water or air. We also tested the combustion conditions of the PVC tube in different oxygen concentration, laser energy and cutting patterns. Results Tracheal cuff were punctured by the laser in 92 of all 704 cases. Spark and dense smoke were observed in 8 and 37 cases respectively.

Maintenance in both natural and short photoperiods during the restoration phase, pikas showed significantly increased the gonadal masses than the field collection group in the early ten days of Feburary (P.01).
