objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and the surgical treatment for perforation of gastric cancer.methods we summarized 22 cases suffering from perforation of gastric cancer in our hospital,6 were treated with repair of perforatlon and gastrojejunostomy at the same time,8 with partial gastrectomy,8 wth radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer（d2,d3）,and positive treatment such.as intraperitoneal chemothrapy to the patients above.results the life expectancy of patients treated with repair of perforation,partial gastrectomy or radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was 6,29.2 and 37.3months.conclusion reasonably select surgery methoty and positive treatment are keys to prolong the survival time.

目的 探讨胃癌穿孔的临床特点及外科治疗方法。方法对22例胃癌穿孔病人实施不同手术方式治疗。其中行穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术6例，姑息性胃癌切除术8例，胃癌根治术（d2，d3）8例，后两者术后均行腹腔化疗等综合治疗。结果穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术、姑息性胃癌切除术、胃癌根治术术后平均生存期分别为6个月、29.2个月、37.3个月。结论合理选择术式，综合治疗，是延长病人生存期的关键。

Results: Regenerated mandibular segments of over 3cm length were created in all canine models. The bone density and intensity of the central growth zone of regenerated segments were about 15% of the normal part of homolateral mandible in three monthes, and got to about 40% in four monthes, and 60% in five monthes.

结果：各实验犬牵引再生骨段长度均达到3.0 cm以上，术后3个月再生骨中央生长区强度和密度达同侧正常骨段的15%左右，术后4个月时可接近正常骨的40%，术后5个月时可达正常骨密度的60%左右。

Methods Retrospective analysis the experience of 151 patients in non-tumor hydrocephalic children treated by Ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the latest 14 years.Result The operations in 151cases were successful and no operative mortality, all patients were well-accepted standard treatment. 119 cases were followed up from 0.5 to 13.4 years,the quality of life were clearly improved in 108cases(90.7%)and the survival rate in the first decade was 98.8%.

回顾性分析了1990年1月到2003年12月收治的151例儿童非肿瘤性脑积水，经侧脑室-腹腔分流术治疗的临床资料，结果 151例患儿手术顺利，术中出血少，术后恢复良好，无手术死亡。119例获随访半年～13.4年，平均86.6个月，脑积水症状好转、生活质量明显提高108例（90.7%），10年以上生存率98.8%。
