This case report was conducted by the field method approach. The writher was the primary nurse who take care of the baby with congenital heart disease having surgical repairment. Content analysis was applied to exame the baby's mother with five processes recording reports in the ward and four telephone follow-up reports taken after the baby discharge.

本报告为探讨一位照顾二个月大之先天性心藏病手术后病婴母亲之行为表现，资料搜集采田野研究法，笔者於89年2月29日至3月31日护理期间参与病婴及母亲的照顾过程，根据五篇行为过程记录及四篇出院电话访谈记录，以内容分析法归纳整理。

Results From Nov.2003 to Oct.2004,a total of eighteen cases who had suffered from prominent mandibular angle(4 cases of them had high zygoma in simultaneity)have been operated on by this method,11 cases of them were followed-up in three months to eight months after operation,the results were satisfactory with non-complications.

结果：自2003年11月至2004年10月，共治疗18例（其中4例伴有颧弓过高，同期行颧弓铣磨），术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，有11例于术后3～8个月获得随访，效果满意。

结果表明：山东省在60年代和70年代HFRS发病以秋冬季（10月～翌年1月）为主，其发病数占全年发病数的89.87％，病死数占全年的88.99％；疫区限于6个地区，疫区型别为姬鼠型。80年代，除秋冬季发病高峰外，出现春季（3～6月）发病高峰，其发病数和病死数分别占42.78％和21.73％；疫区扩大至全省14个地区，疫区型别为姬鼠型和家鼠型的混合型。90年代情况与80年代类同，春季发病与死亡数分别占全年的43.68％和37.55％；疫区型别仍为混合型。
