Wujin has a long history. Yancheng Site, which was built in the Spring and Autumn Period, is the oldest ground city preserved best in China up to now. There used to be three cities surrounded by three rivers. On April 23,1949, Changzhou-Wujin Area was liberated and Wujin County was separated out so as to establish Changzhou City. From March 1983,Wujin was affiliated to Changzhou City when the municipally affiliated county system was implemented. On June 8, 1995, Wujin County was reorganized as Wujin City under the approval of the State Council.

武进历史悠久，具有深厚文化底蕴的&三城三河&淹城遗址是目前全国保存最为完整的春秋地面城池遗址。1949年4月23日常武地区解放，武进县城析出建立常州市；1983年3月实行市管县体制，武进属常州市管辖；1995年6月8日国务院批准武进撤县设市；2002年4月武进撤市设区。

Results: Of the 22 cases, the draining veins, which were observed through MR brain surface anatomy scanning, were highly coincidence with the findings in the operation. The myodynamia of the one case whose myodynamia was grade 0 preoperation was grade IV one month after operation, the one case whose myodynamia was grade II preoperation was grade IV two weeks after operation, the one case whose myodynamia was grade III preoperation was grade IV three months after operation, and the patient recovered normal eight months later, the two cases whose myodynamia was grade IV total recovery after 2 months .

结果：22例患者的术前磁共振脑表面成像中脑表面回流静脉与术中所见高度一致。1例肌力0级患者术1月恢复至 IV 级，1例 II 级患者术后2周恢复至 IV 级，1例 III 级患者术3月恢复至 IV 级，随访8月患者对侧肢体肌力恢复正常，2例 IV 级患者术后2月完全恢复。

During his practicing periods, he was trained at All China Lawyers Association in legal knowledge concerning WTO rules, international trade networks, preparation of legal instruments with respect to noncontentious cases as well as international commercial negotiations, etc., and was awarded a 3rd Rate Certificate for Meritorious Service by the Department of Justice of Yantai City, Shangdong Province.

Methods From June 2005 to March 2008, treated 20 cases of the nontuberculous mycobacteria hand infection patients after the start of functional rehabilitation treatment time were divided into Group A, B, each of 10 cases, both surgical debridement and anti-Mycobacterium therapy, rewirable after the first day until the wound for wound healing time, follow-up to 6 months after the operation, observe the wound healing time and the recurrence; according to the joint activity score standard score comparison group A, B group of before and after six months of the functional differences.

对2005年6月～2008年3月收治的20例手部非结核分枝杆菌感染患者按术后开始进行功能康复治疗的时间随机分为A组（术后1周）、B组（术后3周），每组10例，均行手术清除病灶和抗分枝杆菌治疗，以术后第一日起至伤口拆线为伤口愈合时间，随访到术后6个月，观察伤口愈合时间、复发情况；根据关节活动度评分标准评分比较A组、B组术前与术后6个月功能的差异。

［Objective］ To analyze the outcome of internal fixation for occipitalization with atlantoaxial joint dislocation by posterior decompression and occipitocervical fusion ［Method］ From December 2005 to June 2007,8 patients with occipitalization and atlantoaxial joint dislocation received removal of the posterior arcus of atlas and the enlargement of the posterior edge of the foramen magnum after skull traction performing for an average of 135 daysAll patients were operated on by posterior craniocervical fusion using cervifix internal fixation system and autologous ilium graftsThe clinical efficacy after operation was analyzed by Japanese Orthopaedic Associationneural function score ［Result］ All the patients were followed up from 6 months to 2 years, average of 15 monthsNo complication was foundAtlantodental interval was 5~9 mm before and 4~6 mm after skull tractionAtlantoaxial joint dislocation didn't completely reducedThe neurological defects were improved to some extents according to the JOA scoreImageology showed all patients had full decompression and bony fusionThe loosening or broken internal fixation was not found ［Conclusion］ Posterior decompression and fusion is a feasible method for the treatment of occipitalization with atlantoaxial joint dislocation,and the clinical effect is satisfactory

分析后路减压枕颈融合内固定术治疗合并寰枢关节脱位的寰椎枕骨化临床疗效。［方法］2005年12月至2007年6月间，对8例合并寰枢关节脱位的寰椎枕骨化患者在行颅骨牵引治疗一段时间（12~16 d，平均135 d）后采用枕骨大孔后缘扩大，寰椎后弓切除减压取自体髂骨枕颈融合Cervifix系统内固定术，手术后采用日本骨科学会神经功能评分分析临床疗效。［结果］8例患者随访6个月~2年，平均为15个月。8例患者无一例出现术后并发症，术前寰齿前间隙为5~9 mm，经颅骨牵引后为5~7 mm，寰枢关节脱位未能完全复位。手术前后JOA评分示神经症状均有不同程度恢复，影像学检查示枕颈区减压充分植骨区获得骨性融合，无一例出现内固定松动或断裂。［结论］合并寰枢关节脱位的寰椎枕骨化患者术前仔细评估影像学改变，采用颅骨牵引一段时间后行后路减压枕颈融合内固定术的治疗方案是合理可行的，且临床效果满意。

On March 3, the child developed a generalized papular vesicular rash on the face, neck, and upper extremities, and was transferred to a tertiary-care facility in Chicago where contact precautions were implemented. He had had a fever 2 days before his hospital admission and weeping skin lesions beginning on February 24. By March 7, the rash had worsened, with umbilicated lesions with an erythematous base, mostly on the hands, forearms, neck, chest, face, and knees, encompassing 50% of the keratinized skin.

In this observational study, 65 children were treated with SLIT with a build-up phase of 11 days, culminating in a peak dose of 300 IR, and followed by a maintenance phase of 300 IR three times weekly. There were 51 boys and 14 girls; age range was 38 to 80 months (median age, 60 months). Allergens used were house dust mites in 42 patients, grass pollen in 11, olive pollen in five, Parietaria pollen in four, and cypress pollen in three patients. Adverse reactions and changes in the treatment schedule were compared in children aged 38 to 60 months vs those aged 61 to 80 months.

在这项观察性试验中，65位接受SLIT的儿童在11天的适应期后，将剂量逐渐调整到最高300 IR，接著以每周3次，每次300 IR的剂量持续接受治疗；试验中包括51位男童与14位女孩，年龄介于38至80个月（平均年龄为60个月）；其中有42位病患以尘蹒、11位以花粉、5位以橄榄花粉、4位以墙草、3位以丝柏作为过敏原；年龄介于38至60个月的儿童，与61至80个月的儿童分成两组比较不良反应发生机率与治疗疗程的改变。

The results indicate that the vertical distribution of solar radiation shows S-curve at the early stage and the late stage of Phragmites communis growth,while it is exponential curve at the peak stage.
