Complication rates of affecting limb after 7 days,14 days,1 month,2 months,3 months and half a year in postoperation are evaluated and when shoulder joint circumduction totally recovers and ear touching motion can be completely are measured.

测量术后7天、14天、1个月、2个月、3个月及6个月患肢并发症的发生率及患肢恢复肩关节环转运动、摸耳运动的时间。

Results There was no significant difference in complication rate in three groups.The time when shoulder joint circumduction and ear touching recover completely both has a positive correlation with the time when shoulder joint motion starts.

结果 术后7天、14天患肢并发症的发生率前两组高于第3组，但差异无统计学意义；术后1个月、2个月、3个月及6个月患肢并发症的发生率三组差异无统计学意义；患肢肩关节环转运动、摸耳运动恢复时间分别与患者术后肩关节活动时间呈正相关。

Results: Of the slight keratoconus group: the above indexes significantly decreased(P＜0.05). Of the moderate group: the above indexes, except for the apex decentration distance significantly decreased at 12 months and more evidently at 18 months. Of the severe group, the K value significantly decreased at 12 months and other figures remained unchanged. However, all the indexes significantly decreased except that the apex decentration distance remained unchanged at 18 months.

结果：轻度组，配戴RGPCL后角膜散光、锥顶K值、锥顶偏心距离、SRI、SAI较配戴前均有显著性降低（P＜0.05）；中度组，除12个月时锥顶偏心距离、角膜散光值较配戴前无显著变化外，其他各项参数亦有明显降低，18个月时下降更为明显；重度组，12个月时除锥顶K值显著减小外，其他参数变化不大，18个月时除锥顶偏心距离的变化不显著外，其他参数显著降低。

Pear clone with low-chilling requirement 'SH-085' were planted in containers under shelter, after being grafted on bird pear rootstocks. Two soil water status treatments were undertaken at three different stages after entering short days. Sampling and defoliation were done respectively on Oct. 19, Nov. 3, Nov. 16 and Dec. 1. And then the defoliated plants were treated with high soil water content (-0.01 MPa~-0.05 MPa) to observe the growth and to analyse the accumulation of carbohydrates at various stages.

By R type analysis, the results show that there are 4 species, Raja kanojei, Coilia mystus, Muraenesox cinereus and Collichthys niveatus, which are correlated closely in spring;and 5 species, Engraulis japonicas, Pseudosciaena polyatis, Lophius litulon, Chelidonichthys kumu and Saurida elongate, in summer; and 5 species, Trichiurus haumela, Pampus nozawae, Erisphex potti, Pneumatophorus japonicas and Pseudosciaena polyatis, in autumn; and 3 species, Trichiurus haumela, Champsodon capensis and Acropoma japonicum, in winter.
