Abstract］ objective to observe the clinical value of botulinus toxin a on the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy for children.methods thirty children were injected with bta for spasticity treatment,the dosage was 2～5 u/kg; the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by physician rating scale and dystonia was evaluated by improved ashworth and the result was done with statistical analysis.results 29 cases was obviously improved in symptoms after injection.no obvious side effects were found during and after injection.conclusion btx-a proves to be a simple,safe and effective method in the treatment of the spastic cerebral palsy.in short,it is a useful therapeutic option.

目的 探讨a型肉毒毒素对痉挛性小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法根据纳入标准，选择30例患儿作为观察对象，采用bta肌肉注射，剂量为2～5 u/kg。疗效评定：肌张力采用改良的ashworth法评价、prs评分，并进行统计学处理。结果 29例治疗后较治疗前症状明显改善，其prs指标治疗前后比较差异显著（p.01）；按ashworth分级，30例中，治疗前最高5级，最低2级，平均4级。注射后除一例无效外，肌张力降为最高4级，最低1级，平均2级。治疗中及治疗后无明显副作用发生。结论 bta治疗痉挛性小儿脑瘫，副作用小，方法简单，刺激性小，维持有效时间长。bta是改善小儿脑瘫肌痉挛和肢体功能的一种实用性的治疗选择。

Studied on the changes of pH and enzyme activities in soils in different years of panax Ginseng C.A.

通过对人参、西洋参不同栽培年限土壤的pH和酶活性变化的研究，结果表明：随着人参栽培年限的延长，土壤pH先升高后降低，2年生时土壤pH达最高5.94，随后降低；西洋参床土pH先升高，到3年时达最高5.53，随后降低。

From 15℃ to 30℃, the content of EPA increased with increasing of temperature. The absolute content of EPA was highest at 25℃, whereas the relative content of EPA was highest at 30℃.

The experimental results show that when TCAR is about 700 ℃ XN for limestone is maximum, and the optimum TCAR for dolomite is about 650℃. Although XN for limestone is much higher than dolomite, the difference of their YN is little when TCAR is in 650~700 ℃. And if TCAL is beyond 1050 ℃ XN for limestone decays sharply, but it is negligible to dolomite. XN for dolomite is far higher than limestone in the high TCAL. XN for limestone decreases with the particle size increasing, and there is an optimum particle size range with particle size increasing which XN for dolomite reaches maximum in. The particle size plays a more important role in limestone carbonation process than dolomite.

结果表明：TCAR为700℃时石灰石的XN最高，白云石则在650℃时XN最高，在650～700℃时白云石的XN远高于石灰石，但它们的YN相差不大；当TCAL超过1050℃时石灰石的XN急剧衰减，而白云石的XN则衰减程度不大，在高温煅烧时白云石的YN比石灰石更高；随粒径的增大，石灰石的XN逐渐减小，而白云石则存在最佳的粒径分布使XN最大，粒径的变化对石灰石的XN影响更大。

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore: The objective is to maximize production of rice-green gram in black clay loam typical Haplustalf at Coimbatore. The treatments consisted of combinations of plant population (5.0×105 and 8.0×105 hills/ha), fertilizer levels (150-50-50, 200-50-67, 250-50-83 kg N-P2O5-K2O/ha) and splits in fertilizer application (3, 4 and 5 splits) to rice. The residual effect of these treatments is being tested on green gram. Another MYR experiment on rice-rice-green manure has been planned at Aliyarnagar involving factors of plant population, fertilizer levels and their splits.
