This experiment is studying the quantities of Change development about the Microorganism Vicinity Manpower wet land with MPN,Last we work out the the quantities of Nitrification bacterium、Oppose the nitrification bacterium and Aminate a bacterium in water Unit volume with Biostatistics.we analysis gets conclusion that the quantities of Three kinds microorganisms is the most Vicinity Manpower wet land according to the last data.

本试验采用稀释培养计数法对湿地附近水中微生物的数量变化动态进行计数调查，最后用最大可能数法求出单位体积水样中硝化细菌、反硝化细菌和氨化细菌三类微生物的数量。根据最终数据分析得到的结论是：在人工湿地附近的水中氨化细菌、硝化细菌、反硝化细菌的数量是最多的。

In the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon 3g/kg and 6g/kg, Forsythia suspense had the less variation breadth of physiological characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters compared with Hydrangea paniculata and Amorpha fruticosa, and had higher tolerance to petroleum hydrocarbon stress.

基于2004年夏季水华暴发期和冬季在梅梁湾及大太湖各2次采样，分析了夏季、冬季CDOM的特征及其可能的来源，发现夏季CDOM吸收系数、叶绿素a浓度均明显高于冬季，DOC浓度、CDOM吸收系数a(355)的变化范围分别为5.17～12.42 mg/L、2.57～6.77 m-1，最大值均出现在冬季(12月15日)的直湖港入湖口。

The results showed that: with the regression analysis of Betula platyphylla, Pinus koraiensis, Abies nephrolepis, Picea koyamai var koraiensis, and Betula costata, there was a significant negative correlation between neighborhood interference index and the growth (0.40~0.89) and the correlation extent depended on the neighborhood influence zone and slope. The neighborhood influence zone corresponding to maximal regression coefficient R~2 was the neighborhood influence radius. Based on the linear subsection regression between neighborhood interference index and influence zone of five species, the neighborhood interference index increased with the increasing zone and there was a previous increasing trend in a certain scope, while the increasing trend slackened beyond the zone. The neighborhood influence zone corresponding to transition point was the neighborhood influence radius. The neighborhood interference index positively correlated with the neighborhood influence zone and the range of R~2 was 0.40-0.64. With the analysis of tree cores of Juglans mandshurica, Fraxinus mandshurica at middle and lower slope in a plot which was fostered in 1995, the distance which the growth release farthest neighborhood and object stub was judged, thus the neighborhood interference radius was inferred. According to the studies, we found that the neighborhood interference radius was different among different trees, even if the neighborhood interference radius of the identical tree species also had the difference at different slopes.

结果表明：通过对白桦、红松、冷杉、红皮云杉和枫桦树种进行邻体干扰指数与生长量回归分析发现，邻体干扰指数与生长量呈显著负相关(0.40～0.89)，相关程度因邻体影响范围和坡位而异，R~2达到最大值所对应的影响范围即为邻体影响半径；通过对白桦、红松、冷杉、红皮云杉和枫桦树种进行邻体干扰指数与影响范围的线性分段拟合，邻体干扰指数随影响范围的增加而增加，其在一定的范围内上升较快，而超出该范围后上升的幅度变慢，变化的转折点所对应的影n向范围可以判定为邻体影响半径，线性回归显著(0.40～0.64)；通过对1995a抚育的胡桃楸、水曲柳样树进行研究，分析邻体树种的中坡位和下坡位的生长锥芯，判断产生生长释放的最远邻木与基株树桩所对应的距离，推断邻体影响半径；根据研究发现，邻体影响半径因树种不同有一定的差异，即使同一树种的邻体影响半径在不同坡位也有一定的差异。

ConclusionThe extraction rate of volatile oils from Heracleum hemsleyanum Diels by supercritical CO2extraction process is higher than that of water vapor distillation,and the optimized extraction conditions are:extraction pressure 25MPa,extraction temperature 45℃ and flow rate of CO2 20L/h, and the yield of volatile oils is 0.65%.

结果通过各因素级差大小的比较可知：萃取压力的变化对萃取率的影响最大，萃取温度次之，而CO2流量对萃取率的影响最小。结论超临界CO2萃取牛尾独活挥发油的萃取率较水蒸气蒸馏法高，最佳萃取条件为萃取压力25MPa，萃取温度45℃，CO2流量20L/h，挥发油收率为0.65%。

The DRe differences among plants could be well differentiated by TP. The DRe., i.e. water retention, represented by TP, was used as a major index to identify the ability of plant drought tolerance. It was showed that C.arborescens Ecotype Wu was generally the most drought tolerant one except lower than C.arborescens Ecotype XJ which was the maximum in May, bore comparison with Zygophyllum xanthoxylum by estimating seasonally; C.latens Ecotype NX was significantlly lower than C.arborescens Ecotype Wu, the result was contrary to being known; C.arborescens Ecotype Kerqin was significantlly lower than Wu; XJ, the maximum in May, showed no else great difference to NX; C.lanata was high in April and not high afterwards, however its phenological phase presented visible changes as compared with the original life patterns in western America.

结果表明，华北驼绒藜(C.arborescens Ecotype Wu)总体上表现出最强的耐旱性；宁夏驼绒藜(C.latens Ecotype NX)耐旱性显著低于华北驼绒藜；科尔沁驼绒藜(C.arborescens Ecotype Kerqin)耐旱性显著低于华北驼绒藜；新疆驼绒藜(C.arborescens Ecotype XJ)5月耐旱性表现最强，其他时间与宁夏驼绒藜差别不大；北美驼绒藜4月拐点很高，4月以后耐旱性降低，其物候期与原分布区相比发生了很大变化。

Methods: Integrated and disrepaired skins in the rats were smeared with Salicylic AcidPhenol Liniment by the maximum tolerated dose only. The toxic reaction of the animals were observed and recorded continuously from the beginning of using the drug to 7 days, and evaluated by using the general standard of the reaction of skin stimulation in pharmacology. Animals were executed by taking off acanthi and blood was collected to check up the periphery blood routine and serum biochemistry at the end of the observation of the rats. And after the dissection, the pathological change of main visceras, such as heart, brain, liver and kidney were observed with naked eye and pathological slices. The data of this experiment was used to calculate the value of LD50 by using Bliss rule.
