Aimed at these problems, it presents some suggestions on how to improve the professional level of the Chinese enterprise trainers: specifically to set up professional organizations from top to bottom; to emend the professional standards on the basis of professional investigation and job analysis; to strengthen the legislation and execution of laws in training markets; to integrate the internal and external experience of training to find a better way out; and to press on with the research and development of enterprise trainers profession.

结合前半部分论文对英美企业培训师的职业分析成果，论文的最后部分对如何提升我国企业培训师这支队伍的专业化水平提出了一些建议，具体包括：自下而上地建立培训师专业组织；以职业调查和工作分析为基础开发职业标准；加强培训市场的立法与执法力度；把国外培训师培训经验与国内的经验整合起来；加紧进行培训师业务的研究与开发。

Methods Through the triaxial creep test, the triaxial creep curves and isochorounous stress-strain curves have been obtained, then the creep characteristics of mica-quartzose schist have been obtained by analyzing the triaxial creep curves, and the isochrounous stress-strain characteristics of mica-quartzose schist have been obtained by analyzing the isochorounous stress-strain curves. Finally, an empirical formula of creep curve is obtained by data fitting and the analysis of the relation between time and parameter of fitting formula.

通过三轴蠕变试验首先得到了云母石英片岩的蠕变曲线和应力应变等时曲线，然后对试验曲线进行分析得到云母石英片岩的蠕变特性和云母石英片岩的等时应力应变特性，最后拟合应力应变等时曲线，并分析时间和拟合公式中参数的关系，得出了蠕变经验公式。

This thesis contains five chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the cause, purpose and value of the thesis and the problems that affect the existence of the east-and-west-facing residence. Chapter 2 analyzes the affecting factors of the facing of residence including the thermo-comfortability, the spiritual and mental state and the ecological environment etc. Chapter 3 analyzes the specific circumstances, under which the east-and-west-facing residence is practicable. For example, in order to enjoy the view, to make good use of the land and to form the endocentric residential area, we can choose the east-and-west-facing residence. Chapter 4 puts forward some measurements, including the planning design, the architecture design and the constitution design, to make the east-and-west-facing residence hot-proof so that we can eliminate the most disadvantageous factor in the south. Chapter 5 gives some examples of the east-and-west-facing residence in the south.

本文分五章，第一章提出本文研究的起因、范围、目的、意义及南方地区东西向住宅存在的问题；第二章分析了影响住宅朝向的各因素(包括热舒适性、精神心理、生态环境等)；第三章分析了东西向住宅在一些特定条件下(如景观、地形地貌、小区内聚围合等)在南方地区的适应性；第四章提出了解决南方地区东西向住宅防热的一系列(规划设计、建筑设计、构造设计等)措施，以解决东西向住宅在南方地区存在的最大障碍；第五章列举了南方地区东西向住宅的一些实例；最后在结语中总结了东西向住宅在南方地区存在的现实意义及实用价值，并展望了住宅建设发展的前景。

First, this article introduced the status of the electromagnetic launch technology in general. Then, the author further introduced a new principle of coil launch technology and its inductance in the equivalent circuit which are based on the principles of linear motor. It is a more comprehensive thought in the study. Third, in the building of the power supply system, the most important things are the trigger control loop structures, the gap switch debugging, the measurement of the impact current, and electromagnetic interference protection. Finally, I introduced the experiment, the simulation analysis of some questions in the experiment. The most important thing is the analysis of the equivalent circuit of the stator windings. And the author build a simulation model based on it.

本文首先介绍了电磁发射技术的概况；其次，基于直线电机的原理，介绍了直线驱动线圈发射技术的基本原理、等效电路和回路电感计算，得到了较完整的课题研究思路；第三，搭建电源系统，工作的的重点是触发控制回路的研制、间隙开关的调试、冲击电流的测量、电磁干扰防护措施；最后，介绍了课题实验情况，对实验中产生的问题进行了仿真分析，其中以定子线圈的等效电路的分析为重点，建立了仿真模型，并对参数的变化进行了仿真研究，为后续的实验研究提供参考。

In this paper the impacting extent of equivalent inductances of transmission lines and transformers as well as that of high voltage shunt reactor on GIC level evaluation by DC equivalent model of power network are analyzed, and by means of simulation the impacts of transformer winding connection modes and structure of transformer cores on equivalent inductance of transformer are researched.

文章分析了线路等效电感、变压器等效电感和高压并联电抗器等效电感对采用电网直流等效模型评估GIC水平所产生误差的影响程度，通过仿真计算分析了变压器绕组联结组别和变压器铁心结构对变压器等效电感的影响，最后针对我国电网的特点，提出了用于评估超、特高压电网电磁感应电流水平的电网等效模型。

After introducing some basic results from ergodic theory, two probIems related to the dynamical system are studied: first the existence of absolute continuous invariant measures, and then their computation. They correspond to the functional analysis and numerical analysis of the Frobenius-Perron operator associated with the dynamical system.
