At first, the dissertation neatened the meanings ,types and characters of rubric systematacially; found out the deficiencies in the researchs at home and abroad by literature, and analysed the current problems in using the rubric by questionnaire and interview; based on the analysis on the platforms" functions abroad and the demands of users, the author designed and developed a web-based rubric which can create rubric and assess students online; primarily designed a teaching assessment process based on rubric by the education assessment theories, and by action research, sampled the BiGguiYuan middle school students in Grade 2 as the research objects, used the rubric in information technology teaching; during the study, the author observed the teaching activities,students" learning behaviors and teaching blogs; finally, the author analyzed the dates from questionnaire and teachers interview and observing of the researcher,testified each other in order to validate the effect of applying rubric.

本文首先对量规的含义、类型和特点等进行了系统梳理；通过文献调研发现国内外研究中的不足，并运用问卷调查法和访谈法，分析出当前使用量规过程中存在的问题；在对国外平台的功能和国内用户需求分析的基础上，设计和开发了一个基于网络的量规自动生成和在线评价平台；本研究在现代教育评价理论的指导下，初步设计出基于量规的教学评价过程，通过行动研究，选取顺德碧桂园学校初二学生作为研究对象，在《信息技术》教学中运用该过程；在研究过程中，对教师教学活动、学生的课堂学习行为以及教学日志进行了观察；最后运用&三角互证法&对问卷调查数据、教师的访谈和研究者的观察记录进行分析，验证量规的应用效果。

The subjects of the research were four classes of 6th graders from an elementary school in Taipei City, dividing into an experiment group and a control group, two classes in each group. The course studied carried on quantitative analysis with the score of pretests, posttests and deferred tests to explore the results of learning between the experiment group and the control group and also carried on quality analysis with the concept maps and the information of interviews collected before, within, after the teaching to explore the concept transformation. Finally, researcher analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of applying the DAPA strategy in electromagnetic function with the data of observation and introspection. 研究对象为台北市郊区一所中型学校六年级四个班级，分为实验组、控制组各二个班，研究过程以学童的成就测验前、后、延宕后测成绩进行量化分析，探究实验组、控制组的学习成效是否达到显著差异；再以学童的教学前、中、后概念图、晤谈纪录进行质性分析，探究学童概念学习历程；最后依研究者自己的观察纪录与内省进行分析，找出DAPA教学策略应用在电磁作用单元时的优缺点，经研究后所得到的重要结果如下

首先，提出了优化区域产业投资结构的原则和制约因素；其次，运用灰色系统理论对区域的产业结构与整体经济、投资结构与产业结构的关系进行论证分析；第三，建立了区域产业投资结构评价指标体系，并运用AHP法、主成份分析法和相对势法对河北省第一、第二产业投资排序进行了研究，然后，在充分利用现有数据的前提下对第三产业进行了定性的分析，并对第三产业的发展方向提出了建议；第四，借鉴了经济学、管理学、运筹学等一些理论的思想方法，建立了区域产业连续投资分配比例模型；最后，根据河北省情，结合中国进入WTO的过渡期市场环境，提出了一些政策建议，以达到实现河北省产业投资结构优化的目的。

Again, I maintain that we should use the flexural-tensile strain and the vertical shearing stress of the bottom of cover of the joint as the target for the design of the cover structure of asphalt on the old cement concrete. In addition, on the basis of much theoretical analysis, I preliminarily put forward to a designing methods to anchor the old cement concrete road by using dog irons made of iron bars and then covering it using asphalt concrete structure. 在大量分析的基础上提出了马钉锚固罩面结构中相邻两块水泥混凝土板接缝处的相对水平位移、相对垂直位移、接缝处沥青层底部的弯拉应变和剪应变的计算公式；再次，提出了采用接缝处罩面层底部的弯拉应变、垂直剪应变作为旧水泥混凝土路面上沥青混凝土罩面结构的设计指标，并在大量理论分析的基础上，初步提出了马钉锚固旧水泥混凝土板后沥青混凝土罩面结构的设计方法；最后，根据理论分析的结果，选定试验路的罩面方案，并对其施工工艺进行了详细的介绍，表明采用钢筋马钉锚固相邻混凝土板后，再进行沥青混凝土罩面的方法在防止或减缓罩面层反射裂缝方面具有明显的效果。

In this thesis, the characteristics of software agents and their behavior modes are analyzed to find the influences of characteristics on behavior modes and to infer the master-slave and provider-requestor relationships among agents. Testing orders could be founded by relationships between agents. After the analysis of reciprocal effects among characteristics, we proposed that in the testing on a single agent, the autonomy should be tested first, the mobility is tested then, and the collaboration is tested finally. The testing of learning is incorporated into the testing of autonomy. A rolling-style testing method of software agents is proposed. Our testing method takes the IBM Aglets software agent language as an example, and develops testing tools under the IBM Aglets execution environment.

本研究分析软体代理人的特性与行为模式来进行分析，找出软体代理人特性对行为模式的影响，并归纳出软体代理人间的主从关系与供需关系；藉由软体代理人间相互影响的关系，可找出多软体代理人系统的测试顺序，而对单一软体代理人程式的测试，经分析各项特性间交互影响后关系，提出必须先测试自动化特性，继而测试行动力特性，最后测试合作能力，而学习力则必入自动化特性中测试，进而提出一套滚动式的软体代理人程式测试方法，本研究的测试方法以IBM Aglets软体代理人程式语言为范例，并在IBM Aglets软体代理人执行环境开发测试工具。

This paper includes several parts: first, some important concepts of the thesis have been defined, a theoretical overview of currency crisis has been finished; then, we have described the history of the international monetary system; later, three chapes have been arranged to discuss the mechanism of currency crisis under fixed and floating and intermediate exchange rate system respectively. The part of the fixed exchange rate system mainly includes the analysis of the collapse of the international gold standard system, the Bretton Woods system and the the European Monetary System; in the part of the floating exchange rate system, the volatility problem under freely floating exchange rate system has been studied; the part of the intermediate exchange rate system mainly includes the analysis of currency crises in regional dollar standard system and the currency board system. And finally, we have analysed the inevitability of the appearance of new type regional monetary cooperation patterns, and how these cooperations avoid currency crises.
