Moreover, the method of disposal sampling data for increasing precision which calculate the number of sampling per cycle dramatic by searching zero is introduced. The technique for analyzing data,stating data,storage data for Electrical Power Quality and control scheme for compensation capacitor are explained also. Finally, The scheme and structure of hardware,key circuitry using 80C196 singlechip,the scheme and ideology of software and flow chart of part software is introduced simply.

文中首先从电力生产、管理角度出发，指出了研制配变监测终端的重要意义，分析了配变监测终端的技术现状、发展趋势、现场需求以及在配网自动化中的基础地位，提出了满足实际运行要求的装置功能、技术要求；然后对目前常用的同步采样、准同步采样、非整周期采样、非同步采样的方案和算法进行了详细的分析、比较、筛选，确定了非同步采样和顺序采样的方案，并提出了一种寻找过零点从而动态计算每周采样点数的提高精度的采样数据处理方法，文中对装置中电能质量分析、统计、存储的方法以及补偿电容器的控制方案和投切原则也做了重点说明；最后，对应用80C196单片机系统研制的装置的硬件方案、结构以及关键电路和软件设计思路、方案、部分主要软件模块的流程图做了介绍。

Based on the failure analysis of hot roll, this paper optimizedly adjusts alloy system and summarizes the experience of rolling wiresand improves ail processing properties. Then, it analyses the effects on some natural parameters such as alloy transfer coefficient, surfacing layers, welding current and arc voltage etc.. It confirms the fitting ageing technique. Also, it discusses the microscopic structural transformation back and forth ageing and the effects on hardness change of overlaying metal by some alloying elements including C, Cr, V, W, Mo, Ni, Mn, B, Re through OM, SEM and X-ray diffraction analyses. Finally the abrasive resistance, red hardness, thermal fatigue property and anti-high temperature oxidability are investigated in experimentation.

In this paper, the background of fake information diffusion in public crisis management was firstly analyzed, and then three basic propositions and three hypothesis of simulation were concluded. Then, the management countermeasures of fake information diffusion in public crisis were classified as fifteen types according to the types of strategy and executive ability, and then fifteen corresponding simulation schemes were put forward. Meanwhile, a management simulation model of fake information diffusion in public crisis was constructed and used to phenomenologically simulate the scenarios and validity of five among these fifteen management countermeasures. At last, these simulation results were contrasted and analyzed, and five novel but meaningful conclusions were drawn.

首先对公共危机伪信息特殊性及其管理复杂性进行分析，得出论文研究的三大基本命题与三大研究假设；在此基础上，一方面分析了混沌理论方法在公共危机伪信息管理仿真中的适用性，并根据混沌情景预测方法构建了公共危机伪信息扩散的管理仿真模型，另一方面依据所提出的基本命题与研究假设，从管理策略与管理执行力度两方面对公共危机伪信息管理模式进行分类，形成了十五个仿真方案；最后利用所构建的仿真模型其中的五个仿真方案的管理绩效与扩散情景进行唯象仿真，并对仿真结果进行横向对比分析，得出五大结论。

The formation of secondary phase in the non-equilibrium peritectic reaction was observed by precise transmission electron microscopy analysis. The microstructural evolution and phase selection regularities under different solidification velocities were constructed from the laser resolidification experiments. A new phenomenon involving two-phase coupled growth was firstly detected in the rapidly solidified Ti-Al peritectic alloy. The Ti-45Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy with fully lamellar structure ( a 2+ g ) was taken as an object to investigate the possible preparation of bulky metastable g phase materials based on both adjusting the competing nucleation relation and changing the growth kinetics condition.
