得出分片试验对位移函数和应变函数的要求，这些要求便是一个好的有限元法所应保证的；分析了几何方程弱形式与分片试验的关系，借此分析了杂交元、拟协调元如何满足这些要求，以及在满足这些要求的同时产生的对其他条件的影响；分析了精化直接刚度法、广义协调元和双参数法如何保证分片试验的满足；最后作为位移条件的应用例子，改进了BCIZ元。

In this research, the spider silk from the major ampullate gland of native Nephila pilipes was collected via the forced-silking apparatus at the reeling speed of 3 m/min. The obtained silk was dissolved in hexafluoro-isopropanol. The influence of pH and temperature over the secondary structure of the silk protein in solution state was examined via Circular Dichroism. The effect of silk concentration and electrical field strength on the structure conformation of silk protein during film casting process was investigated via FT-IR. During the drying process, the increase of silk concentration and the presence of electric field tend to form β-sheet and β-turn. Finally, the dried film of silk protein was treated with different temperatures and cation solutions to study the post-treatment effects.

本研究所采用之蜘蛛丝蛋白质系取自本土品种人面蜘蛛之大囊壶腺体，以3 m/min之卷丝速度强迫取丝(forced-silking)收集蜘蛛丝，再将纤维溶於六氟异丙醇溶剂中配制成溶液，以圆二色光谱仪分析在不同 pH 值与温度条件下丝蛋白质在溶液中之二级结构变化，再将蜘蛛丝溶液以不同浓度及电场强度下乾燥成薄膜后，以傅立叶红外线光谱仪检测分析丝蛋白质在固体状态下之二级结构，最后以不同温度加温、离子溶液浸泡等条件对乾燥所得之薄膜进行后处理，并分析其二级结构之变化。

Five chapters were included in this dissertation: in the first chapter, the background and the appliable area of this study was described; In the second chapter, Aldo Rossi" urban architecture theory was discussed in detail ,focussing on two aspects of his rational-Typology and Analogical City; The third chapter provided a summarization of Aldo Rossi" architectural practice; the fourth chapter shows the practical significance for us through analysing his unique design technique; the final chapter was conclusions and expectations of Aldo Rossis urban architecture theory.

Through indoor tests and field tests this paper has researched the geogrid' s characteristics of application in highway engineering, such as characteristic of intension, creep, endure, damnify in construction etc.. Based on these researches this paper has also researched the working characteristics of contact face between geogrid and soil and the method of geogrid-reinforced slope analysis. Mechanism of geogrid-reinforced slope has been analyzed. In the end , techniques of geogrid-reinforced embankment' s construction has been researched through substantiality of engineering.

The purpose of this study is to explore the determinants of young consumers' first vehicle purchases by delaminating the factors that general consumers concern about when buying a car. A questionnaire is designed with Analytic Hierarchy process to elicitate young consumers' opinion to analyze the salient determinants of young consumers' first purchase of vehicles. Statistical variables under different populations can reveal the characteristic of each categorized group. At last, by analyzing and generalizing the outcomes, suggestions can be made for domestic automobile companies to effectively limited resources and set related marketing strategies.
