The paper builds the hierachical clusteing method and bivariate correlations to choose the best evolutional indexes of company performance in order to avoid multicolinearity. The paper proposes the synthetic evaluating method principal component analysis with weighted variable by analytical process. Then, the paper applies the method to analyze the performance of 28 companies of electronic component manufacturing industry.
